I went into the store at the North Hollywood location and ordered a set of couches. The order date was 01/05/23. They were approximately $1340. From the photos I saw in the book there at Caprice Furniture, the couches looked great. When they arrived at my home on 01/13/23, my daughter put me on facetime and I immediately saw that they were too small and poorly made. I asked the delivery men to stop unloading and take back the couches because they looked flimsy and looked as if they were made for children. The delivery workers said to me, that they can't take the couches back and I must deal with the store. My daughter called the store, on the day of the delivery but there was no answer so she left a detailed message about the couches being very small and flimsy. She stated that we would like them to be returned. I called that day also from my phone but there was no answer. I called back again the next day, Friday (01/14/23), and once again there was no answer at the number (818) 508-5678. Danielle who works out of the Culver City store finally answered me through email and stated that I must pay a restocking fee of 35% to them of the total sale price!!! That is approximately $450 to have this company pick up their poorly made couches!!! This money could have been used towards couches that I and my family could actually sit on!!!! I expressed to Danielle through email, that this "restocking fee" was NEVER mentioned to me, and Daniel through email answered, it is listed in our policies! Daniel stopped corresponding with me when I agreed to the crazy 35% stocking fee charge and asked him when he can have the toy couches picked up. There was nothing I could do with these couches. They were unstable and very small!! I wanted them gone. I kept the couches covered in plastic and they took up space. I sent Daniel emails up to 01/17/23 about setting a time to have the couches picked up for return. I believe Daniele and his sister who runs the North Hollywood store had no intention of returning these couches. I decided to call the store from my colleague's phone from work on 01/17/23 and surprise, surprise the phone was answered. The lady who answered was a bit taken aback when she realized it was me calling about the return. I explained to her that I will pay the 35% stocking fee, however, I will NEVER do business with this company again. If you buy from here, be aware of the 35% restocking fee if you want to do a return! Also, the furniture is not as it appears in the photos! The furniture is poorly made. Buyer beware!!!

Absolute garbage company, after being told multiple times that all the pieces were in the open box that they sold me, as I was walking out to my car they brought out a piece that was supposed to be with the furniture, after again asking multiple times that all the pieces where inside the box and was told yes I came home only to find that not all the pieces were in the box, now I can't get a hold of anyone, awful company do not shop here

Never ever ever buy furniture here. I bought a table that I mostly use for decoration in September. The leg on the table randomly and I mean randomly became loose. Never buy from here.

Update: Delivery was about 10 days, I guess the bed frames take a little bit longer to be delivered. I ended up cancelling it and just getting a sectional and mattress, so far, both are wonderful!!!

excellent prices and cool selection - i would pay them to assemble unless you like the ikea lego furniture building experience. I wasnt expecting much out of a $600 couch - but i am actually really impressed!!!

The woman who worked there was very nice to me. She greeted me when I walked in and helped me look through the catalog with her. The store itself doesn't have very many pieces of furniture so if you're going inside just to look at the furniture don't waste your time. I did ultimately order a bed frame. It was delivered in about 4 days and I'm very happy with it! I will be getting more furniture from here

I'm not sure why so many negative reviews on the customer service. My wife and I went in looking for a bed frame and found Paula to be very helpful but not "in your face" annoying and aggressive like some other furniture places. She was kind, respectful and answered every question we had (which was quite a lot). With so many choices we got a little indecisive and she didn't seemed bothered by it at all, giving us lots of price quotes. She also was really knowledgeable when we were asking about fabric material questions; because our cat will destroy some types of fabric, we had to ensure our bed would be a sturdy microfiber. We haven't received the bed yet so I will update with pictures and quality/color once it arrives. As some people noted the color can be off from the photos, and you really won't get much selection in store so a lot of the choices are based on the catalog images. That really isn't anything new, we went to 2 other furniture stores and none had much selection in-store when it came to bed frames. I can say that Caprice's pricing is very affordable and since all these stores go through similar wholesalers the product should to be identical. Update: Bed was delivered within a reasonable amount of time. They were running behind so they hit the very end of their 4-7pm window which was fine. I did leave work early but whatever just glad it came within a few days of buying. Assembly was semi difficult, took about 2-3 hours. Would have been much easier if the bed slats had holes in the frame but inside I had to screw directly into the wood and space the slats put myself. Anyway bed is of decent quality and considering the price, we couldn't be happier! Highly recommend this little furniture store in the valley!

Love my bed-frame that I got there 4 years ago for a great price. I'm now on my second move and they have always been very helpful in getting me replacement parts that are required to reassemble it.
