A small branch that is rarely busy, so wait time is minimal.

We looked at putting our accounts at 3 other banks but weren't happy with the customer service we received. We went with this branch and have been very happy with it. Galdino is terrific as are all the other people we have dealt with there. Sometimes they are really busy but worth the wait. Also, having a busy branch means that the company is less likely to close this branch! Another +

The places before World War II still standing very busy a long line, but great service even though it was a long line went by pretty fast. Very nice customer service.

They're are not customer friendly anymore. This is not the same Citi bank it used to be once many years ago. They refused to continue my daughter's student account without monthly fee whereas Chase has welcomed her student account and no fee until she is finishes her college. I guess they are going to lose a big chunk of businesses and eventually fade away....

I give the branch itself 0 stars but the banker there Kristina Kababchyan 5 stars! She's the most friendly and efficient banker i ever worked with at any bank! It is hard to find a honest banker to. I give the branch 0 because I saw multiple times where she has been called away from her desk while with me or other customer, they need more employees and better management if there is even any never seen the manager. the other banker couldn't answer my question said he will call me never did. Tellers are short staffed and slow worker and messed up my deposit once. Thank you Kristina glad to have someone who went above and beyond with a smile and someone who knows what she doing. Needs a raise! Bravo!

Absolute worst customer service ever!! If you value yourself don't come here because they don't value anyone! Don't even bother with Citi at all ... choose another bank

I've worked in the retail banking industry for 17 years. This is what teamwork looks like. From the moment you enter the branch you either get a warm hello or a quick acknowledgment "we'll be with you in a moment" I recently had the need to sit with a banker for some account maintenance where I saw their effectiveness and how they support each. Great leadership Galdino Sánchez.

Customer service here fucken sucks, came in to open an account and got the run around because it was a half hr till closing time. The nerve to lie and saw they had an appointment coming in. Not worth it here, choose another branch

Walked in because my grandma left me a small inheritance after she passed from COVID-19. I decided that I would open a savings account with Citi Bank. I was so excited. However, I did not realize that I was about to receive the humiliation of my life. I was stereotyped by the banker "Kristina Kababchyan". She was very personal and unprofessional. This is a bank not coffee bean. I'm not there to chit-chat. When she started asking me for my personal information: such as what I do for work. She didn't even let me respond, cut me off, and answered for me, "government assistance"? I was speechless! I didn't know how to respond !! I was humiliated !! Im not sure why she made that assumption? Could it be that I'm Hispanic and walked in with my two year old toddler? I was so offended. Just before I was about to leave she kept pushing the subject that I am entitled to " assistance " because I have a child. They were very unnecessary closing comments. I left there with a horrible taste in my mouth. DO GO INTO THIS BRANCH. I never want to visit a CitiBank with staff like Kristina. She was rude and aggressive in her tone, not just to me, but to the customers and her lady co-worker.

This is my favorite branch! They have kept it together through this pandemic! The location is quite old and carpet is worn out but the employees are just amazing. I came here to open a business account after being turned away from other branches for not having an appointment and the banker Kristina took me right away between her appointments. She was very kind and funny (esp considering it was during lockdown). It was such a pleasure to do business with her. I came in a few times after for transactions and the tellers were also pleasant. It is not the closest to my house but I go out of my way to come to this branch.

Honestly I was skeptical about this branch but Diego Andrada took care of me!!great branch I'm not sure what other reviews are complaining about.Unlike other branches the teller did not just assume nothing can be done because she didnt know about how to handle my situation. She did the right thing and asked her manager for help.Great teamwork!!!Thanks Diego For your professionalism it really makes Citibank Stand out in customer service.

Customer service is terrible, have an account and a cc with them. Came in to get a 1700 money order and that took a whole 2 minutes. I made a mistake on writing the name, so I came in the next day with my bank card, id, copy of money order and money order. All I wanted was a simple reprint, it took them almost an hour with the manager to figure out and verify and run ncis background check and a million other confirmations to give me a copy. Next time I have a problem that is complex I will go to the atm for a better service.

Yo These ladies are the rudest tellers I've ever met. They have the worst customers service I've witnessed from any bank tellers

This branch is the worst bank branch I have ever encountered in my life. Every teller there does not understand the most simple of things that need to be done. We tried to deposit a paycheck into our business account and then were informed that our account is now locked, because due to fees, we were in the negative. This wasn't possible as we leave around $100 in the account to prevent this. Now, we cannot use our paycheck to pay for our rent and utilities all because the employees locked our account. What is really disappointing is that this is the only Citibank open in all of North Hollywood, which means we HAVE to go. If this manager or company reads this, I hope that they shape up because this is absolutely unacceptable.
