As a new resident in USA I was extremely surprised with the great service. Ani M was so helpful in sorting out my new account, getting my foreign phone to work on the electronic banking and even opent a credit facility. All this even though I turned up without an appointment! This is what I call exceptional service. Well done

I usually use their ATM either early in the morning or late at night. So far I haven't encountered any issues. Plenty of parking and no customers. Well lit at night. You can park by the ATM machine so when you're done - you can hop to your car and off you go.

My bank, Bank of America, had closed. I was in a time crunch situation and needed some quarters before driving out to Riverside to help my father. Citibank was around the corner from my newly closed bank branch. I walked in with cash, and asked if I could get quarters and if they could break my hundred dollars for me. I was informed that they only do that for customers. I really am shocked. Money is money. A banks job is to exchange money. If they helped me, it's highly probable that I would have become a new customer here. But now, there's no way. Rude. Unprofessional. Not helpful.

Christine Santucci is the most helpful Branch Manager. She's responsive, quick, efficient, diligent, and shows up for her clients. Couldn't give a better review.

This bank is horrible. I don't have an account with them and I got a check from a customer I needed to cash out and I went to literally 3 locations of Citibank , 2 of them told me they can't cash a check without me having an account with them (unlike absolutely ALL banks in town) and this one tells me they can't cash it because it's a little bit over 5k. Wth?! If you're the bank and you can't cash it so who can ?! Chase / BOA / Wells Fargo MUCH MUCH BETTER.

Just was at this bank location. I want to say this is so far the worst Citibank location. When I am standing in front of the mirror and instead if helping me. She's talking to some one at the back stage and she's not completely telling what the hack is she doing with my account. And after all at the end she gives me attitude. I knew it's a bad location for the Citibank. But I decide to give a another one. And that was the last one. The women that www a helping me. Her name is Sara Worst lady that has ever helped me at any Citibank locations.

Armenian lady that works here. Is the worst one. She has no service skills at all. I was issuing this location all the time. But from now on I won't come here anymore.

I've been in this Bank several times now and every time I go in it gets worse. I usually cash the checks that I get for Citibank here so that my bank won't put a hold on them. This time they took all the people who had accounts with Citibank before the people who do not oh, and there were several of us in line who did not. every time I thought I would get to see the teller someone else would walk in who had an account. I almost felt like it was segregation, The haves and the have nots. It certainly doesn't get me thinking about opening an account at Citibank, in fact I feel quite insulted coming here. Not only that, but the bank teller asked for my social security number my physical address and my occupation even though I've been in there several times before. I was surprised she didn't also ask for my measurements and my next of kin. Way to go Citibank, this bank is now the last on my list.

I was considering opening an account with Citibank but after waiting in line for awhile and then finally making it to a teller, she tells me to wait in a separate line. I asked her why and she said I need to help clients that bank with us. Pretty rude. I opened an account online and wanted to deposit my check into the account but was asked to "step aside. Wasn't a great customer experience. Terrible actually.

Poor customer service. My debit card has been compromised through citibank several times. Each time, I was able to receive a temp card, and have the duration of my new card (5-7 day mailing normally) waived to only 2 days. Right away, when talking to the teller at this branch, she acted as if she didn't care about the fradulent charge at all and told me that since I would receive a temp card, I must wait the max 5-7 days to receive my new card. So I told her to talk to the manager. Because I needed my card right away. The manager Christine, who apparently was "working" at the time said they would not do it. So next, I asked to talk to the manager, but some how, Christine was magically on her hour lunch break by then. Time to find another bank!

This Citi bank branch has the worst customer service ever, first I went to the branch on Victory blvd and the teller sent me to this other branch saying that I will be able to cash this check and get all the funds today with no trouble and I get there and first they made me wait in line because I don't have an account with them and help someone else that got there after I did! When it was finally my turn I told the teller that I wanted to cash a check from them, first she asked if I had an account with them and I said no so she said that I couldn't cash the check because of the amount and because I didn't have an account with them and then her manager stepped in and interrupted me when I was trying to tell her that I was sent to them from the other branch and her solution was for me to go to a check cashing place to cash it there because they don't have that amount inside the branch and then she said the check is $... (she disclosed the check amount) out loud in front of other people! Imagine if someone chased me and robbed me?! This people are so unprofessional, instead of finding the right solution for you they rather argue with you. If I ever need to close my account with my current bank, I will for sure never open an account with citi bank.
