This CVS always gives great service and they are very quick. The pharmacist is very friendly and explains everything. I drive to this CVS, even though it is not my local CVS, because they are the best.

Do not make appointment to get any vaccine here. They are so slow even you get here 10-15 minutes before your appointments you will have to wait at least 20 minutes.

Came to pick up meds in the eve after work before a trip, pharmacy said open until midnight. It was like 8:30 or so and it was Already closed. Came back, same thing, so I had to leave on a trip and I could not take my medication. I tried also to call them before and nobody answers the phone.Came back today and told the pharmacists who kept arguing that the sign is not there. I know they have a tough job and they are busy, same with most of us. I came back to get my meds and they removed them because "I did not pick them up in the time frame they have". The pharmacist girl went to see the sign after arguing no sign was there, so I tool a photo and she said, oh , thats for the CVS STORE . came back 45 min later and now they tell me they don't have my meds till tomorrow.Posting a photo below. Why do employees take feedback as personal criticism is beyond me, I wasen't judging them or their work, so maybe all need to get some healing from personal issues, or get a job that does not involve customer service.

The pharmacy is absolutely terrible. The people are rude. They tell you one thing and do something else. When you try to tell them about it, they get angry and defend themselves. It's just a headache. I don't want to deal with. But the girl that usually at the front register of the store itself is awesome. If the pharmacy treated their customers like she treats her customers then I would never leave or go anywhere else. I'm hoping someone in corporate sees this and talks to that pharmacy staff because I've never had a good experience with them And have actually decided to switch things over to Walgreens just so I don't have to deal with the pharmacy at this location.

I wanted to take a moment to provide some feedback about Aram Hovakimyan, the head pharmacist at my local CVS pharmacy located at 4744 Lankershim Blvd, North Hollywood, California. Over the past few years, Aram has gone above and beyond to provide me with exceptional customer service and care. He has helped me resolve insurance issues, made sure I could get my prescriptions when there were shortages, and listened patiently when I was frustrated with my medication experiences. Aram’s kindness, empathy, and emotional intelligence shine through in every interaction. He is always willing to take time to explain things and ensure I understand my medications, even when the pharmacy is busy. I sincerely appreciate that he treats me like a person, and not just a customer.Prior to Aram becoming the head pharmacist, this CVS location was in complete disarray, especially the pharmacy. But since he has come onboard, things have improved 100%. The entire pharmacy staff is more helpful, organized, and attentive. I want to express my gratitude to Aram for turning things around and creating such a positive pharmacy experience for customers like myself.Aram’s knowledge and commitment to helping people is an asset to CVS. I hope this feedback reflects how much I value the outstanding care I have received from Aram. Pharmacists like him exemplify the meaning of patient-centered care. Thank you, sir, for everything you have done for me over the years. It has made a real difference in my health.

I had a fantastic experience at the CVS Pharmacy on Lankershim & Camarillo in North Hollywood, thanks to Aram, the pharmacist. He provided exceptional service, was extremely helpful, and had a friendly attitude. Aram's extensive knowledge and genuine care for customers make this pharmacy stand out. Highly recommended!

My CVS in studio city did not have my eye drop so the only place that had my eye drop was North Hollywood on Lankershim Blvd - it was already ordered , when I arrived my eye was already so irritated . The girl at the pharmacy counter said that the wait was one hour !!! I told her kindly if it possible make it faster since my eyes were already so red and could not even open my eyes ... without any sympathy she said sorry NO , you have to wait . I sat at the chair across from her waited , waited . Unbelievable how come they hire an associate without any empathy or care !! I will have to change my pharmacy from CVS . They do not even worth a one Star but unfortunately there is no option with zero rating .

Been coming here for a few years. It's alright... The pharmacy is hit or miss. Sometimes it's an easy pick up and go but so often I stop by to pick up prescriptions and they aren't ready. The amount of times I've come and gone empty handed is reaaaal. The line can be pretty long depending on the time of day. My insurance has also vanished from their system and had to go through a process to get it back. Not that it's a huge deal but when things happen again and again it's like... why?I have also run into issues with the photo department. Prints have been dented, lost, misaligned, etc. Once they had to call the manager to help us out because they weren't printing right and he never once even looked me in the eye or acknowledged I was there. All the other staff have always been really kind though.Parking lot is busy but usually can find a spot somewhat quickly. I still feel like this one is better than the other CVS on Lankershim but that one has a drive thru which is nice so pick your poison haha.

The people are nice, but CVS is a greedy and incompetent corporation. I used Rite-Aid previously, but my insurance now forces me to use CVS the last 3 years. CVS is incompetent at getting my very-common medicine. 3 times (at least) I've had to wait at least 2 weeks after I placed my re-order. Even worse than that, though my prescription comes in 3 month increments, CVS started only providing a box of packets for 1 month. Obviously so they can screw me out of 2 extra co-pays. In the past, I received both 6 month (6 boxes of packets) prescriptions and 3 month (3 boxes) prescriptions. But lately, they've started doling them out 1 box at a time, even though my current prescription format is for THREE MONTHS, not 1 month. Obviously CVS is being greedy, incompetent, or both. I never had this problem at Rite Aid. The only good thing about my CVS is that the people are nice and polite. Even after I explain to them how horrible the company they work for is, and even after they try, and fail, to fix the companies greedy approach to getting more co-pays from its customers.

Great staff and management. Service in the pharmacy is superb. They go above and beyond to take care of my family.

Sometimes I wonder if bad reviews aren't fair because they were having an off day. Nope. Complete disaster each and every time. Just left after they hunted around for my medication for over 20 minutes, couldn't find it (it was filled 2 days ago) and I now have to come back tomorrow. Get it together y'all.

If you want your prescriptions filled or refilled accurately, in a timely manner and without the pharmacy manager being obstructive or blaming your doctor's office for not having Rx's available then go elsewhere. If you don't want to travel to the store and wait in line for a simple enquiry, then don't bother calling them, you'll spend hours on hold in between them hanging up on you then choosee another pharmacy. If you don't want to listen to the same recorded message at least four times each minute that you are on hold, find a different pharmacy. If you want attitude, terrible communication, awful customer service and enjoy spending hours in line or on hold, then this is the perfect place for you.If I could go anywhere else, I would, but unfortunately my HMO dictates that I use CVS. I have never had such a prolonged terrible experience with a business; all other things being equal I'd never set foot anywhere near this place.

They don't answer the phones here. Not even to tell you to hold.
