I had just finished work and was on my way home but stopped in to get some basic makeup essentials. An employee was requiring me to leave my bag and personal belongings by the front door. Obviously, I'm not going to do that, so I left.
This is bad news for corporate. If you require someone to leave their personal belongings by the front door, and anything goes missing, you are open to being sued!

Consistently have issues with this pharmacy. Prescriptions aren’t ready when they say they will be, pharmacist calls the wrong physician to approve refills, no one picks up the phone and the voicemail callback system is not an effective way to help customers - it’s very frustrating. Staff is kind but unfortunately something isn’t working at this location.

They forced me to leave bc I grabbed a red bull took a sip of it and accidentally set it down bc 8 have a health condition and was feeling very lightheaded on then refused me the opportunity to pay for it even though that is illegal. I wasn't even refusing to leave I just wanted my red bull. Approaching me on the opposite side of the story no where near the exit where I surley would have realized I forgot my red bull further more insulting me saying there not asking to see my bagd thvmyreatening to waste the pds time over a red bull not even stolen so céainly no crime was committed I told go ahead call search can I please just purchase my red bull. I decided to leave bc at least I have respect for the Police dep than waste there time on something so petty. To bad these trash employees can't deacern a criminal from a customer good by luck staying open 4744 cvs don't be surprised when your store closes down leav8ng you jobless bc with 2 stars and a bad rating with drug stores closing locationa daily.

FANTASTIC customer service, especially from Marissa! She is very patient and kind. Other workers here are usually very nice as well. I am so grateful to live closeby to this CVS :)

Marissa (apologies for the potential misspelling) is extremely professional and Marisa was so helpful during my visit. Marissa suggested waiting for her to check the back for an item that apparently was in stock but just not on the floor and that intention is greatly appreciated.

No wonder rate here is 2.5 stars but I leave this place with 1 star cuz manager DO NOT ALLOW workers to give to us - customers who spend money there, so we obviously paying their salary, give us key to USE RESTROOM!!! Amazing. I have 2000$ per months there my prescription, now will 100% move away to rite aid!

Loretta is the best of NOHO WEST ,she gives excellent customer service and helps to find items quickly, all the crew members are working there they are always with good vibes and good sense of humor ? ? ? ? ?

Sadly understaffed place. But Johnny and Loretta make the most of it and are so warm/kind/funny to customers; they are such lovely people to look forward to seeing. They have been so helpful in so many different times - but in my every visit to this store, makes me super pumped about still having CVS over Target and Amazon.

Been going to CVS for years, but this location is just trash! Everything is always out of stock. And the pharmacy hours are ridiculous! They don't open until 9am...but I have to be at work by 8:30am. And then they take a lunch which I understand but of course it's during the same time as my lunch. It's really hard to schedule a time to get my medications! At least the pharmacists are friendly!
