I just went to get some things , one of the cashiers was laughing because I was trying to fix my lashes . He was mean .and honestly he didn’t even try to hide it , he has big lips and big mouth . He’s 17-19 years old . Teach him how to be more respectful.

I’m pretty sure the company doesn’t let them properly staff the pharmacy. If it is empty it’s no problem but they can never handle the drive through & in store pick up. If there are more than 2 cars you will wait over 35 min to get a prescription because it is only ever one person working.

This place has horrible customer service. Y’alls cashier was on the phone talking and taking forever to check out the lady in front of me. Pharmacists has no acknowledgment at all. Pretty bad cvs hire people with better work ethic please.

Visited the pharmacy 3x. Pharmacy staff is rude No complaints with the cashiers at the front. The pharmacy I think needs customer service training. I experienced and witnessed three days in a row the pharmacy staff providing terrible attitude to customers. There are plenty of other pharmacies I will choose to drop off my medication.

Everyone is pretty nice here but they have this employee with rude attitude, name Sandy she talked to a lady customer with bad attitude because lady was on wrong line.

Sick and weak.I needed a covid testWhich in the past was able to get and purchase through my insurance but here the pharmacy told me to go to the front desk, which then told me they cannot do that. Everyone here doesn't seem to have clear direction on how to help anyone. I guess I'll go to the CVS inside target they've never given me issues.

I asked the black woman for the key to the toilet, she said that the toilet closed always and no one goes there. I was surprised because it was the first time. I think she just started working yesterday. Hopefully not for long.

Bad experience called 5 minutes ago to get a photo taken for passport lady said we're working. Two gentlemen at the counter said it's not working waist of time not satisfied at all.

I mean....I'm giving them 5 stars because the workers deal with some crazy people and deserve a break. I've never had a bad experience here myself, but I have been here several times to pick up my meds and the cops had to be called on other unruly people. Look. If I can take my meds. So can you.

We were customers of this CVS for nearly two years, finally giving up because THEY RARELY ANSWERED THEIR PHARMACY PHONE, FORCING US TO DRIVE THERE TO EVEN FIND OUT IF A PRESCRIPTION WAS READY -- we tried to complain to the national CVS customer service, and then to their regional manager, all to no avail, as they just lied about not answering their own phone! Making things even worse, there were nearly always long lines at the pharmacy checkout -- and while we stood there waiting our turn, their unanswered phones rang off the hook! So finally we switched our business to another nearby national pharmacy -- BUT IRONICALLY NOW WE DO GET TEXTS AND CALLS FROM THIS CVS, OFTEN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT, AND WE HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO STOP THOSE ANNOYING CALLS! BEWARE THIS CVS PHARMACY, THE WORST WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH -- and they refuse to clean up their act, or improve at all; they put customers at risk!

The pharmacy and pharmacist is a joke. I'm currently here sick for an hour now waiting and they are so rude. They noticed me waiting and we figured out my prescription was sent to the wrong location. After correcting the address to here, I asked when how long and she said 1 hr ??!!! That there is more to be filled before mine. I was the only person standing here. And how long can i possibly be to grab my antibiotic and do mine since I'm standing here. So she's just being a B making me wait. I guess writing this review is the only thing i can do and let her have her minute of power. Well 2 hours or power. You'd think as a pharmacist you'd understand that the people you're filling antibiotics to are sick and just getting to the pharmacy is a lot let alone waiting for an extra hour for it to be filled. I really hope she reads this and things again next time she does this to someone else.

The worst pharmacy I’ve been to. One time I was on a line for 58 minutes waiting for someone to respond me - nobody answers.The other time I was not given the meds because they were not covered and they refused to tell me what meds are covered. They told me I need to call insurance (it sounds very ridiculous, doesn’t it?)Today I asked them to transfer the medications to another pharmacy and they refused to do so because “it’s not their job.” But it is their job.They literally don’t want to do their job.I hope one day they will be treated the same way they treat the people.
