Everyone in THIS store and pharmacy are the greatest. They all go over and above normal service. And they are always friendly and I have never been without the medicine I need.

I brought in 2 disposable cameras in 3 weeks ago to get developed. They said it'd be 2-3 weeks and gave me envelopes to take to the post office which I immediately did. I called today to check on them, and several different people looked, asked me redundantly what the order was or the name on the order, and eventually after being on for 15 minutes and on hold a few times they hung up on me. I drove to the store with my receipts and the cashier I spoke to on the phone was still clueless about it and said maybe we don't have them or we'll call you when we get them, or you'll have to check with the post office. She called someone else over who gestured to where the orders were but clearly didn't know the disposable photos were in the bin on the back counter which even I could see. I asked to look in that bin and she let me and my found my two orders envelopes immediately. The same cashier rang me up and didn't really say anything or apologize for the confusion/waste of time on the phone.
At Walgreens they send the disposables out themselves (no trip to the USPS necessary), and know how to deal with pickups. Clearly not the case at this CVS and I'll never have them do my disposables again.

This is strictly for the pharmacy, they came back from lunch and had a huge line of customers,
The bald chubby guy wasted no time, I swear there were 8 people in front of me and he took care of them within minutes! Ordering my medicine here from now on since it seems like a breeze even during peak hours.

Most employees here are great but there is one who ALWAYS wears a very racist and offensive shirt. It is an all lives matter shirt and it is completely inappropriate to be wearing at work. Does CVS not have a dress code? This employee also is rude and goes out of his way to avoid helping customers. If you make eye contact with him looking for help he walks away. But the biggest issue is the shirt. Makes your guests feel incredibly uncomfortable. Please do something about this. It’s unacceptable.

A week ago, I went to pick up my prescription and to my surprise it wasnt covered by my prescription and cost around $200. Elena at the pharmacy helped me out to fill it and find ways to get discounts until it went down to $75. They go above and beyond for customers!

only 2 cashiers. Both helped customers by leaving the register to find things for and with them, WHILE there were several people waiting in LINE! Not the time to do that!
