10:44 PM on an emergency i came to get some medicine, but the doors were locked and the store was closed, and google said it closed at 11pm. Waste of my time.

About one week ago I went to Pharmacy. To my surprise the employee whose name was Emma Yeritsyan was very knowledgeable, kind and amazing, she helped me understand what to do. In this location most of the employees are very unfriendly and not helpful.

Overall my shopping experience at this store today was smooth and efficient. The team member Myra helped me located some of my items that were not on display. Overall her ability to go above and beyond in the customer service department is gracious in of it’s own self.

Trust me this is the WORST customer service i have ever experience in the Pharmacy section, this 2 guys at the pharmacy at 7:30pm, i’ll send my complaint to corporate. I slays said this, if you’re into the customer service industry you better have the best attitude, if not, go and find a dishwasher job where you don’t have to deal with customers.

I have been to this store location numerous times and it seems nothing ever changes. I was here recently to print some photos and i was stuck here for 45 minutes until some help arrived. The lines are always long here. It is however in a somewhat busy stripmall. Very few staff are helpful. I like the Asian woman and the young Hispanic guy that work here. They are the most active and helpful. Place is clean and well taken care of. But i am not sure if i will ever visit here again when in the area.

Not well staffed. Very long line at the cashier with an inexperienced person unable to assist people with their questions. About 10 people in line and a 2nd person just finally came to assist people in line.

Disorganized, not clean, not stocked on items or many have been opened...once cashier with 30plus min in line...after calling in for support 3-4 times, 2 workers show up from the back after 30plus minutes of ppl waiting in line and a few just leaving their items and walking out

It's always better to come during the day before lunch no line on the pharmacy actually clean the place of the service is getting better

The first time filling my prescription and after I received confirmation it was ready for pickup, turns out they did not have the generic version that was covered by my health provider. I needed my medication and had no choice but to accept 20 pills of another brand they had on hand and pay extra. I was assured by the pharmacist on duty they would order the correct brand and by the time I needed a refill, it would be in stock. Fast forward and I call in my refill yesterday. The auto prescription refill call confirmed it would be ready by 4pm (Saturday). I came in the next morning (Sunday) and was told they didn't have my pills in stock. The pharmacist Natalie said I could pay for the other version in either 30 $17+ or 60 doses $24+. I asked; `1. why I was told it was ready when it was not 2. why I should have to pay AGAIN for a mistake CVS made? 3. How much would the covered version be? 4. Why hadn't someone from the pharmacy called to let me know there would be an issue before I wasted my time going there? I needed my pills. Natalie refused to answer any of these questions and rudely repeated my option was to pay extra. Curt, unapologetic, cutting me off. Couldn't be bothered looking up the amount a covered version would be (I think my old pharmacy RITE AID I paid $5). I suggested at the least an apology is in order and that was too much for her to manage as well. She said she it wasn't her fault. Maybe not directly but CUSTOMER SERVICE on behalf of CVS Natalie warranted an apology. Horrible customer service, rude pharmacist, unhelpful. The ball was dropped and nary a courtesy call nor apology. There are plenty of other drug stores out there. Do not go here.

I was standing 1 hour in front of the photo print machine, only to realize all the orders I put in weren’t going to get fulfilled because the printer doesn’t work. So I needed to redo the whole thing. Zero courtesy towards other people, could’ve put a paper note saying printer doesn’t work, or let me know at any point since bunch of the cvs employees passed by me many times. Never coming back

Where do I begin?! The store rarely has an employee available for any questions. You're basically on your own. A couple of the pharmacy staff are helpful, but the majority, including the actual pharmacists, are demons sent from hell to torment anyone who needs a prescription. They're completely incompetent and rude. If you speak their language, you get better taken care of. Otherwise, you're SOL.You get a text saying your prescription is ready. You arrive, wait in a ridiculously long line only to be told that it's not ready and you have to go wait in another line. Then they tell you that it was put back and it'll be another 40 minutes... even though you got the text the DAY BEFORE and you called the automated number to make sure it's filled. Recently I had waited in the long line and had one additional item - heartburn medication, not food, liquor, etc - and the pharmacy employee said, "I'm not ringing that up here. You have to wait up front."When you call with questions and finally get someone on the line, they're in a rush to get you off the phone. Why did these people go into the service industry if they don't know how to provide any level of decent service?
