Gold's Gym in North Hollywood is a premier fitness destination dedicated to enhancing health and well-being. The gym features state-of-the-art equipment, an extensive free weight section, and a great selection of hammer strength and Ivanko iron plates. It offers lots of weightlifting and aerobic machines, fitness classes with top-tier instructors, and accredited personal trainers for goals like weight loss, building muscle, or injury recovery. The remodel created more space while keeping the old school vibe. Membership options are competitive and convenient. While the gym has everything needed for a good workout and is not overly packed, cleanliness can be an issue, with sub-par bathrooms and an old, spill-prone water fountain. The staff is extremely informative and helpful for signing up.
