“I've been a member at GoTribe for just over a year, and I have to say I am SO GLAD I joined!

I will admit, I was intimidated at first. There's a lot to learn when you're getting back into focusing on your health and movement, and I was (and still am) recovering from a shoulder injury. Working with Kiera, we determined my fitness baseline, and established goals from there, starting with plenty of modifications. Having a coach to help keep me on track and learn what realistic goals are was incredibly helpful!

The small class sizes ensure that you get seen by coaches during the workout for form corrections, progressions, or regressions. All of the coaches are so incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. They know when to push you, celebrate the big wins, the tiny victories, and are supportive on the occasional day when your 100% is closer to your 20%.

“Spark Fitness changed my daily routine and even my mental stability!My posture is much better and I feel stronger after every class. I was afraid to increase weights during the strength workout, but the coaches guides you to become stronger in every class. It is just a matter of showing up to classes consistently.I love the fact that the membership comes with In-body discussion sessions, and one to one health benefits and goals meeting with the coach. I haven't seen other crossfit gyms offer these.Every class, it feels like I am getting personal training. Coaches look closely and corrects my forms and give out so many tips that I never knew. Also, the members at Spark Fitness are so nice and have friendly environment.Whatever fitness goals you have, you will see the results here at Spark Fitness.”

“They serve up delicious Herbalife shakes and the prices are extremely reasonable. They also offer Zumba classes (7:30-8:30pm). So glad my friend introduced me to this place. If you go, it's in a plaza. Parking can be tricky sometimes but I usually find it along Lankershim.”

“Push has been like a second home for the past 7 years. My trainer is Victor. He has transformed my body, mind, and my lifestyle. I am the strongest I've ever been in my life. I am so happy with the way my body has responded and toned up. I am forever grateful for all his knowledge and expertise in the field. I used to workout in another facility with a trainer who I thought was great. However, Victor proved to be the BEST! He modifies training as needed for each client. He tailors programs and does not throw out random movements. The sessions are always new and fresh. I am proud to say that I've now competed and won in numerous State, National, Regional, and even a World competition for powerlifting. I've a full case of Gold medals!! THANK YOU COACH!! Chad Landers ( the owner of PUSH) and all the trainers are extremely nice and friendly. You will be greeted and treated very well at Push. Love my gym”

“Cool gym with lots of weightlifting equipment, it’s not a super big gym but when I was there, it wasn’t overly packed either. They also have some aerobic machines everything you need to get a pretty good workout.”

“I really enjoy attending this gym , I decided to begin my weight loss journey about two months ago and I have made so much progress by signing up for personal training sessions here . My personal trainer is Dakota . Me ,myself will feel motivated and then I lose it but since I started here my personal trainer has motivated me to stay consistent , he will create a meal plan for me to see quicker results . After my sessions he encourages me to be consistent by coming in on my own or assigns me some workouts to do at home as homework if I can’t find the time to go to the gym . I go home feeling a good soreness from all muscles (arms, legs, abs) that tells me I’m working all my muscles during the sessions(it’s a great feeling) . I am seeing so much progress. I’m already being complimented on the drop of weight , I am able to do the workouts for longer periods of time . Not only that, I feel better mentally , I feel better through my day . I’m glad I decided to start my weight loss journey here . I’m still not to my goal weight but I know with the progress I’ve already made, I will meet that goal soon !”
