Cash register person Maria, being disrespectful, I'm a senior citizen well known, returning items with receipt and the credit card purchased with I waited 5 minutes in line and get up to the counter and with arrogance said I need your ID, and I look legit and I am legit and I said well I got my purchasing credit card here and the receipt, I'm just returning items unused, with an attitude said I need your ID, acting like Gestapo, go out to my car get the ID return the items upon returning the items asking personal questions, looks me up on the computer asked questions about my last name ID and I'm like serious? Had to explain to her that I have an alias, then started asking questions about me residing in Arizona, am I here just visiting or what? And I answered I reside in both places.so I went ahead and went back in the store to get an oil drain pan I come up I see one register with only one person in it and the other with two I go to stand in the one and she says hey you need to stand over here in line, I go excuse me? Very rude to me the whole time I was in the store then I get up and I explain to her that the store in Arizona does not do this to the people make them stand in one line, well that's the way it's always been here she said and I said no that's not the case, I haven't been in the store in a long time, so I asked her a question how long have you been working here and she just gave me a dirty look with no answer, so it's okay for her to question me but I asked one question and she gives me a nasty attitude, there's more I'd like to say but it would be too personal and two direct but she is what she is and arrogant person who thinks she's the boss of everybody not just her employees I can't stand people like this! Ticket receipt 01126364, time 7:18 p.m., date 7:30 24, also noticed she had her left leg up in a position of dominance well this transaction was taking place, and by the way this interrogation and this whole transaction which ate up a lot of time unnecessary was all over returning $27 worth of tools! Also I noticed two customers were in front of me at two different times inside the store at this interaction, she was trying to sell warranties to both of them and they were just looking at her like why are you bothering me with this? Both men were not happy that this was happening and both said no to the warranty offers and both felt they were put on the spot!

If you need a tool to complete a job, this place is handy. Don't expect the tool to last long, lots of Chinese junk.
