I love Harbor Freight. I buy D, AA, AAA batteries here... They are good quality and the price makes it affordable for me. I buy all of my tools and flash lights here as well as solar equipment. Reasonable prices.

First year this location I really felt like this was a good location. Sadly now I feel management or company policies towards customers is fading or falling short. I prefer to go to a different location.

I purchased 3 power tools less than one year ago. All 3 are out on the curb hoping to recycle them for parts? We are just adding junk to the land fills by buying into this “illusion of cheap”. Its just junk painted nice. Waste your money if you want but for our future on this not so green earth, reconsider the waste being added to the land fills buying cheap non lasting junk

The ladies working there are BOSS! They know their store and their stock and were all super nice. The security was nice enough to tell me where what I wanted was located, saw I blindly passed it then came to show me the display I missed. Great store. Great prices. Great employees.

I am a major harbor freight fan. This location does not shine. And the reason is the staff. They're not engaging. Period. They're not knowledgeable they truly act like they don't care.

The quality of their brand's components are improved and that in all areas of the black and blue line garden hose much more robust than their old model and at the same price for me that's what I want quality and not expensive not bad surprise and that’s reassuring

Some OK led flashlights. The Icon stuff isn't too bad. But customer service in the store is horrible! And don't get me started on Christmas coupons. They run out of items on coupons before they open the doors I think, if they even have them at all. I've left the North Hollywood store twice in a week without getting coupon items as they don't have them, and the sales staff couldn't care less! I hadn't been in that store for years until a week ago, probably be longer before I'll be back, if ever. Bought some ICON led flashlights online. They even screwed that up, but at least their customer service on the phone was local, intelligible, and smart enough to get the answer without going elevated, or 2nd tier. Good grief.

you need to be REALLY stupid to buy ANYTHING at Harbor Freight.I bought a C clamp..it broke the first time I used it..I bought a battery charger...it never worked..the place is a dump for garbage.
