I do recommend Home Depot but their return service need to be reviewed. The last two times I retuned an item in the late evening there were two return stations open. Both stations had multiple item returns and the line was getting longer. But there were three or four employees further back that seemed to be conversing and enjoying themselves rather than opening up a new station. Management needs to retrain these employees.

Do not attempt to get your Kitchen Cabinets here. Victor was extremely rude to me, every manager lied to me about timing, we're way behind on our deadlines. I was passed from Leo (supervisor) who told me Victor would be getting me a design the next day. Victor then called me and told me he didn't have time to work on my design and basically told me i'd have to wait 1 week because, in his words "I'm too busy to work on your design". I asked to speak to a supervisor and Cynthia told me she would get someone to work on it and have something to me in 24 hours. I called again, Desiree said that she would get us help. This has been going on for 1 week. I've waited on hold for a total of 5 hours to get this resolved. We received a design today from the Pro Team and the design was not correct and they said they couldn't help me unless they got someone to come measure and after a few days they could continue on the design. I walked into Lowe's and got a design done within 2 hours. We are going with them.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my mom who had an exceptional service from Oceania. The young man rushed to her aid to help her put away the heavy items she had just bought into her car without her even having to lift a finger. She was so happy and surprised that an employee rushed to give her a hand. Usually we have to go running around and looking for help. Thank you for your great service. I hope you will get acknowledged for your good effort

I asked for help TWICE!!!! I was told 2 separate occasions help would arrive! 2nd time I asked the associate said, "he hasn't come yet?!? I called him again and you're next..." well it's now MORE THAN 45 minutes!!! NOBODY!!! And shelves are empty!

This North Hollywood location has a lot more selection then the Burbank store. I was very pleased to find exactly what I needed. The one bad thing about this location is the parking. It's a lot more crowded, very hard to find a spot!

Currently at this location as I am a GC doing some renovations in the area. Just had an interaction with RAM, I think was his name. He is a lazy f****** slob and is one of the WORST representations of what it means to be a Home Depot employee. Instead of helping he just stood around looking asking other HD employees to help. Two thumbs down for him--if you're not on break, do what you're paid to do and help the customer.

In 2000 Feb. I remolded my Kitchen using Kraft Maid cabinets from the North Hollywood Home Depot location. Kraft Maid has a Life Time warranty. Jump to August 2020. Two of the cabinets recently broke. After contacting kraft Maid, they sent all the needed supplies. I called Home Depot Kitchen department, gave Daniela all the details. They immediately hooked me up with a Kraft Maid rep who sent a repair man, Damian Eckert of Cabinet Works. Daniela in the Home Depot Kitchen Department was GREAT. Very helpful. My advice is ALWAYS KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS & PAPER WORK. Thank you Daniela @ Home Depot Kitchen Department.

The two stars are the staff. They have a great work ethnic and very kind. If it wasn't for them I'd give 1 star. The curb side pick up never works and the staff has to come and apologize doing there best in crappy situation. Give them raise.And fix your ratchet curb side pick up.

Ok Home Depot. I give up. I've ordered a toilet from you. I understand we're going through a really rough time right now with Covid, but 4 times I ordered a toilet and 4 times you botched the order. You either sent half the order (2 times) sent a completely damaged toilet (a box of a million broken porcelain pieces) and this last time, when I thought we had it all ironed out, you canceled the order. We waited a month and never got our toilet. On the bright side your customer service people were very nice but your company could not deliver the goods. So I give up and I'm taking my business elsewhere. The way you handle your business, I'm surprised you're still in business.

There was an associate that was initially helpful in calling over the system for someone to come to my aisle. I waited, no one showed. I saw associates walking around talking to each other but apparently they weren't working.I had to call the store to find out if they had a product in stock.
