Do not work with Erika. She judged me as soon as i walked in and did not take her time doing my taxes. Once she saw my w2 she surprisingly was a tab bit nicer but did not help do things accurately. avoid at all cost

H&r block has failed me in the past many times. I have had terrible experiences with customer support and filing my taxes. As a last resort and waiting last minute, I decided to return to h&r with meager expectations. After meeting our tax consultant Nora Mendes at 4848 lankershim boulevard in North Hollywood h&r block, she restored my faith in your organization. She was by far the best representation of your organization. It will help if you add more tax consultants like her and more people willing to go the extra mile to assist you, smile at you, and be very personable and sincere in their conversations with you. Her upfront and willingness to be honest and supportive of our situation restored my faith in your organization, and I will continue to return to her as long as she is with your company.

Kazuko 'Kay' Bedoy in the North Hollywood office is amazing. knowledgeable beyond beleif she makes sure you have a full understanding of your return. if you have tax problems you need to address; she is the tax professional you need. excellent skills to solve complex problems and make tax problems go away. thank you for all you have done for us Kay!
