This place is absolutely legit and Mark is one of the nicest guys in the business. I highly recommend this place. I found out about it from family friends who have been going here for years, and my experience was 10/10. I had some minor issues with the car body and they fixed it up amazingly in no time at all. Value was unreal good. Very thankful to Mark and team.

I'll make this short. They took forever to get a quote. Quoted me 10k+ to paint the car with very minor bondo work needed on the spoiler which went against the initial estimate from Marc AND the price was with me removing all the trim and loosening the body panels. These guys seem to have a type they want to work with, so spend your money elsewhere.

Mark is the best, a total class act. I've known him since I was a young boy my dad knew his dad my dad was also in the auto body business for 40 years before he retired. There's no better place to take your automobile if you're in an accident and need help Mark is honest straightforward and always willing to help people when they're in this terrible situation of an accident. In this situation I couldn't recommend Jack's Auto Body anymore if it were my own shop. Don't go anywhere else.

Saw decent reviews but unfortunately, the "one star" reviews were spot on. Totally jacked up my car and spent money at another place to fix the original problem and correct what they did. Some people have cars that mean a lot to them and these folks don't treat every car with respect. I'd look elsewhere - that's for sure.

This place is new but a worker there by name of Ryan is really good mechanic, he was honest about my safety and how important it is to replace certain things and not to ignore them. I will recommend this place also Mr.Ryan. Good work!

Amazing service, fast and reasonably priced. A guy named Rusty was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. He took care of my car and did a great job: It took me a day to order the bumper I needed to replace and only two hours to get the job done. Very recommended.

Came to these guys from a guy by reference that used work for these guys and all they did is talk bad about him.... Do Not Trust These Guys Especially Mark and Rusty can not be trusted they lied to me on several occasions starting with work we agreed to be done on my car 67 vw broke windows taking them in and out gave them s deposit and the hounded me for more money intel the job was finished These Guys Do Not Warranty There Work !!!!!!!!

Rusty was recommended to me by my mechanic. He was thoughtful about any concerns and communicative, and I wasn't left wondering about the status of my car. It was done earlier than expected. They were able to give me an estimate on-site. Other places should have communicated with me instead of the insurance company. Three days was an average to get an estimate, and a week and a half to get the car in. Rusty got the part early and completed it in 3 days.Note management charges 3 percent for credit cards.

Stay away from this place
Had to go 3 times after they were
paid in full.
They lost parts and didn’t replace them
Didn’t fix the door and it leaks water into the car
Other reassemblies were installed incorrectly
Their work invoice was the claim # and what I paid out of pocket
Not even the parts
Not even a warranty for the unprofessional work
Then finally explained to them fix the problem or we will go to court
We are going to court after they got
payed
8,000 from AAA
2,000 for me to the deductible
3,000 out of pocket to paint extra
parts
Anything over 10,000 is a felony!
If you do go there get everything to the last detail in writing before you get screwed

Jack's has been my family's go to body repair shop for years. I recently was hit in an accident and needed some repairs. Marc and Rusty took care of me and made the process seamless. They worked directly with my insurance (AAA) and drove me to Enterprise to pick up a rental car. They were able to have Maaco repaint my car directly to match the color change I had made from the factory color. They were very responsive via phone and email and did superb work as always. And they were very helpful and easy to work with. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
