“Excellent customer service, great selection. Only challenge is parking. But if you can find a meter, it's only $2 an hour. Whomever you get, Bethany or Allexis, you will be in great hands. They listen to your wishes, concerns and suggestions. Will guide you through the custom fitting process and make sure you wind up with the best fitting outfit possible. Appointments are well scheduled, you'll receive a reminder email a day or so before. Walk in, receive a warm greeting and you are on your way. “My tux turned out even better than I had imagined. It feels simplistic to say the tux was perfect but it really was exactly that. Jaime was incredibly helpful both with working with me on translating what I had in my head into physical cloth, colors, patterns and textures as well as offering his experienced advice when I was looking for direction.My tux is amazingly comfortable and the bamboo fabric is so soft to the touch. I will absolutely be back with Jaime at Hall & Madden for more custom clothing and suits in the future. And now that they have my measurements and Jaime knows my particulars, it’s as easy as a quick phone call to have another item made for me.I cannot recommend Jaime and Hall & Madden enough.”

“Reviewing based on experience coming in with my son who was looking for a new pair of shoes. Zero, the owner, was there and was very nice to us. Explained to my son how to look up what they had in his size and helped him try on a pair he was interested in. Gave him a fair price on them when he decided he wanted that pair and was just nice to deal with the whole time we were there. Nice to see my son excited to get something nice he's saved up for. I had Pro Wings and LA Gear and stuff like that growing up so I don't mind looking at some of the Retro pairs of shows I remember growing up that I couldn't afford. Nice shop, been there a long time, and they have a lot more inventory than you'd think just peeking in from outside. Glad we walked over to check the place out and will be back again.”

“I can't remember the last time I experienced this type of customer service from a value perspective. I feel like the sales rep was almost reading my mind! I was looking to purchase some Navy Sk8-Hi vans to replace my old ones. While I was trying them on, he was giving me great tips on how to maximize their use. (He recommended stretchy laces to put them on quicker - among other advice) I could tell he cared more about helping the customer than his own bottom-line. So I had to give Sage a shout out”

“The store is very welcoming and the window dress from the street view really converse with you...the clothes and other decor really draws you in. While in Beverly Hills, you must do as the Beverly Hills folks do, and that is to window shop...! You walk along looking at all the wonderful items...and then all of a sudden...your no longer outside, but inside of TAGS....where as I entered to get a closer look at more of this prized loot...a very friendly gentleman stopped his work and kindly spoke to me about certain selections in men attire.He was very knowledgeable and indicated he had worked as a personal shopper for a number of entertainers in the past. One I was very familiar with from a former UPN network show that I was a writer on.The young man who is named J.J. gave me a number of wonderful ideas for my wifes upcoming birthday on the 25th of September.He really assisted me by going out of his way to call my wife and direct her on how to make a boutique appointment for specialized shopping needs. He was very attentive to me and my wife on the phone and answered all of her questions and mine with details.He treated us very well. Will come back again in the future. Most definitely, my wife has set an appointment.I am very impressed with TAGS. The window decore really draws you in.”

“This is a clean, organized Old Navy. It looks much larger from the outside and is much smaller than the Fox Hills Mall Old Navy in Culver City. I didn't see a jewelry section here but in my experience you're lucky if their jewelry lasts for a season. I came to Century City around 10am hoping to beat the crowds and the store was not busy.The men's section is small but I got some "waffle" long sleeve tops at a great price (they are 60% cotton, too) and saved about half the sale price after quickly opening up an Old Navy credit card. The employees are nice and helpful. They have great sales for the holidays and frequent sales in general. I like how the clothes are fashionable but not out of style after one season. I didn't like the low neckline for the women's waffle top (known as long johns for East coasters) so bought a men's S with a high neckline. It's great and also thicker than the women's version. I don't like how you might feel rushed shopping at Century City mall since there's only one hour of free parking. Old Navy is conveniently near the food court and Shake Shack. If you spend more than an hour here and want to avoid paying for parking, I spend at least $5 at Gelson's and get my parking ticket validated (free the the next 2 hours I think).”

I am always greeted with a smile and such kind energy. Most stores in this area have a reputation for not being friendly to everybody that walks in but not this store. The cost of the merchandise is very well priced. If you’ve never bought MCM, then I’ll tell you that the quality of the clothing is by far greater than you’d expect. Don’t sleep on MCM. I’ve been rocking this for a while now and they never disappoint. I would definitely recommend this store to shop.”
