What Angela was able to do so easily in about 2 minutes or less impressed me. I had spent hours on the phone over the course of 2 days and still had no internet on my new service. Angela did her magic and now all is well again. Thank you, Angela!

My grandpa went there just to active it his phone with his same numeber and the lady she change him for a new plan and gave him a new number and plus she forgot to put SIM card inside of his phone..Also I’m metro pcs customer so I have to take him to another lacation panorama city there are so friendly and they know what they doing I never change that location

Angela was an angel. She helped my mom and I to switch from T-Mobile to Metro and it was so so easy thanks to her. 10/10 service. She was very kind too and really cared about helping us.

This place is usually good on time, but when people ahead of you ask a million questions and end up walking out empty handed it makes me angry. There were 2 people in front of me waiting to get helped and the two people already at the registers were literally doing the most. The store closed and I was still 3rd In like unbelievable. They locked the doors but thankfully they finished getting to everyone before they went home.
