I called Loyal and spoke with Gili and mentioned to her that they moved us in 2017 and that I wanted to inquire on their services again. “Yesterday was our big move. We lived on the second floor of an apartment complex, and we were moving to a house 15 mins away. I was very nervous to have my husband and family do this big move since I have big and bulky furniture with a lot of glass and mirror details. They came and wrapped everything and started to carry them from the hallway down to the garage and out to the street where the truck was parked. There they organized everything by putting all the glasses in separate areas and tied everything up to not tip and fall. Once we came to our house, they unloaded and organized everything in all the rooms. No scratches or dents anywhere on my furniture or house. Our whole moving process took approximately 4 hours. And they made it less stressful for us. I am so happy with the job they did and will recommend them to others. Thank you guys.”

“We were able to book our rental over the phone. It was easy convenient and a really good deal. Our pick up location was at The Home Depot in Van Nuys, CA. They were awesome and accommodating. We were supposed to have a dolly but this one didn't have it but we were refunded for that portion. Unlimited miles and it's a diesel truck, the mileage wasn't terrible at all. Drop off was at another Home Depot out of state, same great customer service and returning was a breeze. Penske was simple easy and affordable. Definitely recommend”
