I closed a branch of my printing business so there was a lot of heavy boxes of paper and supplies, but more importantly, printers and copiers that are super bulky and heavy. They were great about wrapping and protecting them, along with the transport. Everything went smooth with the pickup and the drop off.

“I was left with a delivery at my driveway, a 26 x. 10 rug!
I had thought the delivery would take away my existing 25 year old carpet and place the new one!
They did not, a Designer recommended Five Star, they came to my home within 2 hours, they took away the old carpet, waited while we cleaned the floor under the carpet, then helped place the rug pad, placed the rug according to my very picky
instructions and then replaced my heavy furniture and accessories!
They were patient, charming & efficient!

They were very quick with their job and the price is every reasonable. I didn't think I would be able to finish everything within 3 hours but they manage to finish the moving process within the time frame (this is also included the 30mins driving from my old place to my new place during busy hour). 100% would recommend to anyone who needs to move. I used them to move my whole family from Santa Clara, CA to Gilroy CA and move my mother from San Jose to a Adult Care facility in San Jose. “UPDATE: Sam from Kobe moving reached out to me to make things right. He handled the $50 deposit and refunded some of the costs of the moving supplies. Didn’t expect him to reach out and appreciate the company working on keeping customers happy.
I used Kobe moving to just load a PODS container for me. I was originally quoted $139/hr 3 hr minimum for 3 movers. Should have been fine to get that done in that time. I also asked about moving supplies and asked if it would be cheaper for me just to source, and he assured me they could handle it and would keep it cheap. The move went fine. They ended up taking about 4 hrs, would have loved to finish in 3 but fine. They then charged me $500 for moving supplies. I did need to keep some moving blankets since I was putting everything in the pod and storing it, but over $500 for some TV boxes, tape, bubble wrap and used furniture blankets is crazy. I did tip the movers cause they were good enough. After the fact I remembered that they also charged me a $50 deposit that never was credited against. So what amounted to about $1200, should have been a $700 1 bed POD loading. Just be careful if you use them and get all costs up front.”
