People in the health occupations should be kind, compassionate, understanding, and not mean. Employees here need compassion, kindness, for people in the medical field need to understand that and not bring their cruelness to work

rude and ill informed on the phone. I asked for two people and both were equally incapable of understanding a simple question. Online ay vaccines.gov it says they have novavaxx to call for an appointment. So I did. Lord. It was a comedy routine. She just kept saying, "I DONT KNOW THAT WEBSITE!" I calmly explained what it is. Then I went on to ask if they had novavaxx and if I could book an apointment, "COME TUESDAY!" I asked again, "It says to check if you have Novavxx" "WHATS THAT?!" I asked for a second person and she was as bad. She told me to go to my turn.gov - which I had and it also says to call and novavaxx is not listed there. She had no idea and then!...was actually condescending. She said, "Im just so grateful you called to educate me." Um...Im not. How about, "I dont know what it is or if we have it, I'll have to check with someone who does."?? Might have been a better idea.

This place is so disorganized, the doctor had everyone come in early for appointment, cause she had something to do , which I feel is so unprofessional, when your taking care of so many patients , they need take their jobs more seriously... they have people lives in their hands " .. " it's no joke "

If you need a negative result for your child’s school, don’t go here. It’s a terrible hassle to get your child’s result and they will NOT call you to confirm a negative result or even tell you your child’s result over the phone. These policies make no sense, they do things differently at other testing sites. They shut down my child’s school for an extra 3 days because of their incompetence and ridiculous policies.

I visit the stand in the park off Tujungs every Saturday as I need the proof of testing for teaching at LAUSD. I was unpleasantly surly that the area was empty. No signs about the reason for the absence. Will try again today

Free STD/STI and HIV testing and treatment if needed. Appointments are required to be seen, but you can wait it out an usually spend no more than a hour or two in and out with or without an appointment which is the same as AHF Wellness center in East Hollywood. The staff, nurses and doctor are all very personable and professional and don't give you any run arounds. They did offer more services here, but have sort of revamped to a testing/treatment only center as a lot of free clinics have in the past year or so. You'll get your results emailed and posted on their healthcare sight for your eyes and your physician's only through your account upon signing up. If you have an appointment arrive early and you'll be out in no time especially on a slower day, which varies week to week. If you walk-in and can't be seen right away, they can try to fit you in later in the day or hopefully schedule something in the same week. Your first visit you'll encounter some invasive questions about your personal, psychological and sexual life, which is very standard. Always try to be open and upfront as possibly especially if you're nervous so they can help better assist you and vice versa. Sex is nothing to be ashamed of and knowing you status is one of the most responsible thing you can do. You're in good hand here.

This is a great place to get 4 STD tests done completely free. Pretty quick and efficient, open most days. Very nice staff and now you can get results emailed to you unless you have something then they call you to come in for results. They do ask some personal questions so be prepared for that, drug use, sexual history, mental health, etc. They offer a free flu vaccine though I personally would never take any vaccines.

The people are very careful and patient. I was treated appropriately. Had an appointment, was here early and still getting out 3:30pm. Likely late for work....
