I worked with Marcus and George. Without an appointment, Marcus took the time to show me all the vehicles that met my specifications (those listed on the website and otherwise). No pushing, he allowed me to take my time with the decision and I ended up with a great deal. I’m sorry to report I had a very poor experience. My service advisor never called me to lmk my car was ready. After 6 hours I texted him twice and left him a message. I called a second time and spoke with the operator who lmk my car was ready. When I arrived, they brought me the wrong car. The advisor only returned my call after I had picked the car up.
