I have had the worst experience with this company from the beginning. Zara was soliciting my business and calling and texting me since Oct 2024 trying to get my business for my restaurant in Las Vegas. After calling me for months and trying to gain my business I finally gave in and said I would give the services a try. I signed up for a one year subscription to orders.co for $2490 and I had paid in full at that time and we were supposed to start in Dec 2024 but my previous online ordering comp offered me 2 free months to see if they could help me do better so I accepted. In the meantime orders.co should have done everything they needed to do to have my online ordering system & website up running in time for when the 2 free months were to expire at the end of Jan 2025. Owner.com extended one more free month to me so that gave orders.co one additional month to get everything in order so we would be up and running by March 1,2025. But March 1st rolled around and there was no online ordering and no website. Customers started complaining that they couldn’t see our website anbd menu to order food and there was no online ordering button put up until Thursday March 6th but still NO WEBSITE up. After I had paid for a year service in full back in Dec you would have thought things would be up and running by March 1st 2025 but it wasn’t. Also Zara was no where to be found most of the time when I had any issues or problems. She always said call technical support as she was busy trying to recruit new customers and that wasn’t her job. But when someone signs you on they should try and do whatever it is to help make any situation better and follow up which she never did. I would not recommend this company as they do not do what they say they will do and in a timely manner the customer service is abysmal as well. Even the online integration of my uber eats and grub hub was a disaster. And we had another snafu with my business losing approximately $250 in business in Dec 2024 because orders.co went live with online ordering when they weren’t supposed to and my restaurant never had the ability to accept the orders. So we lost business and our loyal customers were so disappointed as they never received the food they ordered from us. BE AWARE and stay away.

I’ve been using Orders Co for over 2 years now and honestly I wish I found them sooner. They made managing my cafe 10x easier. My customers and I, never had an issue with online orders. Due to their powerful online ordering platform my cafes revenue in the past 2 years has gone upwards. Not to mention their customer service is reliable and great. Never have been on hold which is VERY important when running a business. Love them! Thanks for taking a huge amount of my stress away !

I have been utilizing the services of Orders.co for over a year and a half and cannot express how happy I am with it. The product reduced my time tackling the 3rd parties individually and if I need assistance customer service is ready to help right away. There has never been a wait time and tech support (every individual) is extremely knowledgeable and able to fix any issues encountered!
