People's Care Medical Supply, specializing in mobility supplies & equipment, is in a small space jam packed with medical supplies that you really will need, when you least likely think you need it, because health or disabilities unexpectedly rear its ugly head. The tip of my cane had worn to a nub after long use. The steel part of the cane was still good so I called various medical supply stores to no avail. One person sounded annoyed that I would bother her for such a low cost item. People's Care Medical Supply came to the rescue. Nice lady in front and accommodating man in the back room. He installed the new rubber cane tip really fast and for only $6. I will return again when I need some other supplies. I'd rather buy locally and help mom-pop stores stay in business than to buy online or at a major out of state chain where our money goes out of state. Phone first to ask if they have it. Parking is very limited, and spaces are tight. Driveway entrance is inconveniently placed, but it is worth the visit. 4 stars.

Do NOT use this company I ordered a sanitized hospital bed after complicated foot surgery it arrived very dirty as if they picked it up off the floor in a warehouse as a matter of fact the delivery very person said it did come unwrapped from a warehouse They picked it up the next day and then would not refund over $500 To my account . This is a very deceitful company Warning Don't Use Them

Great customer service. Ordered over the phone. No hassle. They brought the elec chair directly to my hotel on the exact time I requested. There waiting on us to use. Left it there when we checked out and they picked up by noon. Paid over the phone. Email receipt. All great. Highly recommend.

Rented two mobility scooters for touring around the Aquarium of the Pacific, Saturday, 9/16. The van carrying the scooters arrived right on time. Rogelio C. and his partner could not have been nicer or more helpful. I use a walker, and they assisted me to the aquarium where it could be stowed while visiting. I contacted them again approx 1hr prior to leaving, and again, they were there right on time. The two scooters rented were clean, fully charged and set up, ready to go. We were given thorough operating instructions and off we went for a great day. I would DEFINITELY rent from them again anytime I'm in the local area, and highly recommend them to anyone with mobility issues to contact them.

As i entered this establishment with my elderly mother who is legally blind Juan Cifuentes took really good care of us and helped us with all of our needs. He went above and beyond standards to assure we got the right supplies for my elderly mother Evangelina who was very thrilled and happy with his assistance, because of his great customer service we will now continue to shop here as this is our third time coming here. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for any elderly supplies such as shower chairs, walkers etc. again thank you Juan Cifuentes for your service we appreciate you and will continue shopping here because of you.

Sandra was so helpful and friendly when I called this morning, anxious and stressed, trying to find a last minute wheelchair for rent to use to pick my loved one up from the airport. She was amazing with her customer service both over the phone and in person. Give this woman a raise! She made sure I knew how to use the wheelchair and even offered to help me load it into the car. They have lots of other equipment for rent and PPE and other supplies for sale. I can’t recommend People’s Care Medical Supply highly enough!

Rented a scooter for Universal Studios, 2 days. First time trying something like this so I wasn’t too sure how it would go but the meet up location was great and they were really communicative! We received excellent customer service from Carlos and his team at Peoples Care Medical Supply. He really helped out my family when we were in urgent need of an Oxygen Concentrator for my elderly grandmother. The fact that he and his team were bilingual English and Spanish speakers also helped tremendously. We are so grateful that we found this business!

Great customer service. They actually have a chat they answered so I didn't waste my time. They have other medical supplies besides just renting wheelchairs and walkers. Biggest thing is if they don't have it they are willing to check the warehouse for it. Great prices come with the great service... If you need any medical supplies check here first instead of the shady places that pop up on Google
