I made an appointment online and was sent a link on my phone to let me check in when I arrived. My name was called within 5 minutes. The tech was friendly and skilled at drawing blood. I always go to this location.

ernie is very sweet and has a gentle hand - super good at his job and he makes it easy to get blood tests from him esp as someone who’s afraid of blood tests. i’ve been lucky to get him the last three times i needed tests and i’m hoping i keep getting him for any future tests!

had a blood draw today, and my previous experience at another Quest location was terrible. But this time was completely different. I was helped by a tall, light-haired American man (I wish I remembered his name), and he was incredibly professional and kind. He kept me calm and made the whole process so much easier. From now on, I’ll only be coming to this location.

Sucks that this is the only lab that everyone uses. Always crowded. Old people don’t know how to check in and they slow everything down.

1) Making an appointment online and then checking in by text link was so fast and easy! I literally parked, went in and was called within a few short minutes. 2) The technician was so skilled. When he inserted the needle, it was quick and I barely felt anything. He was efficient and friendly. 3) The entire visit was so quick that I didn't even have to pay for parking. Excellent service!

I wish they would get rid of the whole Walk-In option and just make it appointment-only. Hate that I had to sit there that long and not be seen. Just ridiculous.

This time I booked my appointment in advance and all went smoothly, short wait time as well as courteous rep. So, considering my last visit two weeks prior was terrible as a walk in with a 3 hour wait and having to leave w/o being tested and a somewhat rude employee not showing any concern for the wait time I'll say, BOOK IN ADVANCE!
