I came to receive blood work here and I came with an appointment. There was an extremely crowded waiting area. Many individuals not wearing mask ? which they should have been especially that they were coughing. The wait surpassed my actual schedule appointment. When attempting to try to speak with someone who works within the facility it was literally as if they were in their own little bubble and was ignoring the wait room.Juliana finally came out and was very dismissive and didn’t display any customer support/service.

My appointment and blood draw went great today. Check in was quick and I waited maybe ten minutes with an appointment. The phlebotomist was very careful confirming my tests and information, even calling the doctor to clarify one test on the order. It was painless and quick, and I was able to sit for a moment after to make sure I was ok. I forgot my jacket and she had it there for me the minute I came back. Happy to come here again for any testing needs.

Be prepared to wait a while even with an appointment. Last two times they were out of some supplies I needed to test at home and told me to purchase them at CVS...then proceeded to still charge my insurance for them. Totally unorganized.

Honestly I expected it to be terrible after reading reviews, but my experience was fine. I arrived about 5 minutes before my appointment, parked in the garage, signed in on the ipad (bring your appointment QR code, your ID, and your insurance card, to scan into the machine) I was called within 5 minutes, checked in and blood drawn. It wasn’t the least painful blood draw I’ve had, but also not the most. I left within 20 minutes of arriving so I didn’t even have to pay for parking.

Very sad experience. the staff was insensitive and not friendly. The nutritionist told me to get tested, but they are not covered by insurance and I wanted to pay cash for them, which is a couple of thousand dollars. but they refused to place my order, saying that I had to do it myself online. but unfortunately, I don’t understand the test names in the abbreviation and I can’t figure it out on my own. but they didn’t offer me help, they just refused me. This is how people behave who are not worried about the company’s reputation and lost profits. I’ll never come to the Quest again, but I’ll go do these tests in the Lab Corb.

Pretty typical quest diagnostics / lab corp experience. The wait was 35 minutes from my appointment time. Bring a book and wear a mask, waiting room is small and crowded.Staff was nice and professional

I had the misfortune of going to Quest in North Hollywood for a blood test today. I made an appointment online. Arrived on time. Checked in on their electronic system. There is no receptionist or anyone to help or answer questions. After not being called for awhile. I saw that there was a tv screen with the names of people who were checked in and my name was not on it. The only chance to talk to someone is when they open the door to let someone in. You have to try to quickly grab their attention before they close the door on you, rather than ignore you. When I was finally able to ask someone about my situation before they could close the door on me, they were rude and unhelpful. They said they'd look and check with me but never came back. I finally had a chance to ask a second person, who was not as rude. But she was no help either. So I wasted an hour at this Quest location, without getting the blood test for which I had made an appointment and timely showed up and checked in. Finally, the place was so dirty that I cannot say I have much confidence in the quality of care I would have received anyway.

Becareful when coming here because you will be discriminated against if you have a disability. Especially autism, Mrs Johanna P thinks it’s appropriate to shame an autistic person in front of a waiting room full of people for stimming even after she had been warned previously. I even tried to be reasonable and offer to wait in the car and was told no. Then still attempts to try to scare you off with “refusing service” to a 3 year old because of how he’s behaving.Educate your ignorant staff on how to treat disabled people. This place is trash until she leaves. People beware you can report any one to the medical board and LFS. Hold them accountable.

They make you wait over 2.5 hours on standby list. They take people out of order on the standby list. They can't find a vein and I've been poked over 3 times at an appointment AND I've had to lay down there twice because I've almost fainted from all the poking. Do NOT GO

My PCP sent me here to get blood tests for my annual check-up. It's so close to my home, and it's simple to make an appointment. I did it last week by calling their automated system. You need to show up at least 10 minutes before your appointment time to check in at the kiosk. It'll ask for your ID and insurance card, as it scans you in as your check-in time. You'll see your name on the screen that is on a monitor, and it shows you in the que. I highly suggest an appointment, instead of walking in. I got in at 11 am, and was out within 25 minutes. Easy peasy, and the nurse who drew my blood was very happy to see that I have good blood-drawing veins. Lol

1. You can not reach life person for instructions over the phone2. Walk-in people are NOT welcome!!! Since you can be turned away.3. Do not be fooled thinking you can just drop something of. They make you sign in and wait in line as a stand by and Unless you argue your way through it can be a long wait

Jose "Jay" is incredible. I had 2 different doctors orders that I needed to give blood for. In the computer system there was only 1 order. I'm sooooo glad he asked to confirm that we are doing bloodwork for one of my doctors. When he asked, I realized that the second order was not in the system. Then Jose was so knowledgeable to guide me to print out the second doctor's order to collect blood. If he didn't check, I would have not known and only one sample would have been collected. I would have to come back again. Jose Jay, Thank you SO MUCH for being thorough, paying attention to details and thinking about your patients. Very grateful I got you to help me today.
