I don't usually do reviews but this one time I think it's necessary. When I think of rite aid, I think thrifty. They have some of the best ice cream. The service however.. sheeesh.. nobody ever approached me, I had to get in line to see a cashier so they could help me. Waited 5 mins approximately just so they could tell me that they aren't serving ice cream because "it's too hard to scoop" like really?

Wow. I never write reviews but this lady pushed me to almost cussing her. I'm such a nice person, I was apologizing to her on the phone that I had called the wrong number. And she had a rude response with such a attitude and put the phone down on me. She had an accent. That's all I know about her. But she needs to quit her job or get fired! Terrible customer service.

Made an appointment for 2 pm today via the rite aid and quest websites for a COVID PCR test at this location.Arrive at 2 pm only to find that the pharmacist is out even thought the posted lunch break time is from 12-1:15 pm. Was told that she wouldn't be back until 2:25 pm and that I could wait or reschedule. Totally irresponsible to not check if there were pending appointments before leaving. This is the second time I've had issues at this location trying to get a PCR test done - it's like they want COVID to continue spreading. Not sure if this person happened to have a very luxurious lunch from 12:45-2:30+ (they still aren't back yet) and not saying that they shouldn't take a lunch, but they make your company look bad by not caring about public health by not paying attention to when they were supposed to take lunch and by abandoning her post.

I'm sorry to say this is one of the worst Rite Aid, I've ever been in customer service is lacking and there were something on sale that was marked down and the African-American lady as soon as she saw me with the product in my hand, she looked at her coworker and said you didn't take those off the shelf for us which shows me that all the sale products are clearance products are being taken by them and not the consumer, pretty sad these days to have people like that working for you.

Worse service, call them 3 times and workers they don't even let you talkAnd they will leave you on hold for 10 minutes or more or simple until you call them again .

I enjoy shopping at this location. Staff is always knowledgeable when I have a question. Stock seems pretty consistent. Im usually in the health and beauty department a lot and it's calm and relaxing, no complaints there. The only reason why I don't give this place 5 stars is because they really need to hire a security guard for the parking lot. Unfortunately there's usually individuals asking for change and get upset when you say you don't have any.

I love this location ! First time here getting my flu vaccine and it was a breeze! Patrick the pharmacist was great! So pleasant to talk to and made my day. :) I didn't even feel a thing and the whole process was fast. I went online, completed all the forms and just walked in and waited less than 10 minutes as they verified my insurance. Highly recommend. :)

This one star is only in regards to the women at the pharmacy. I just had oral surgery. My face is swollen, involuntary salivating, not to mention the excruciating pain I have radiating throughout my entire face. I drop off my prescription, 20 minutes go by and I go back in to ask if it was possible for them to give me a time estimate on how much longer it would possibly be. One of the females behind the counter said No she could not give me a time estimate and to wait for a text message from them. OK, so I go back out and wait in the car. ONE hour goes by, at the point the pain is beyond unbearable and I go back in to ask again if there was any way I could please have a time estimate as to how much longer, that I had just left my oral surgeons office and could not take the pain anymore. She says no she can not give me a time estimate, that they have tons of patients to get through (entire pharmacy and rite aid store were empty) to wait like the other employee had already told me and I would get a text notification whenever I got it to come pick up my medication like I had already been told. Just a heads up to everyone else out there if you're looking to pick up a timely prescription and are in excruciating pain do not come to this location. The employees came off as rude & condescending. I understand they were obviously not having the best of days, however taking out your frustrations on customers is beyond unprofessional. If I could give -5 stars I would. Update: I asked for my prescription back. Came to the rite aid on Sunland , without needing to ask, I was given the amount of time I should be expected to wait. No more than 20 minutes.

clean location. The reason i am writing a review to let people know how great the pharmacy team is. very professional. i especially want to thank pharmacist Patrick. He admittedly puts your fears to rest. great bedside manner like a doctor. He took care of my whole family for our vaccine and really took his time with info and knowledge. i also found cool item at this location like different skin colored band aids. cinnamon brown & pretty chocolate color. not just tan colors. thanks again pharmacist Patrick for your kindness.

The worst slowest experience EVER! Made an appt was EARLY 20mins early in the drive thru 3 cars in front of me left 45min AFTER my appt time. So for an Appointment only play spent 1 HOUR for a drive thru COVID test with ONLY THREE cars in front of me? Horrible!! Their excuse ..."we are busy" NO ONE was in the pharmacy! NO ONE & I was the last car so he could have easily help me the girl who checked me in today rude NO sense of customer service very robotic. Sad. The pharmacist was ON HIS OWN time so rude & slow it was as if he was doing it ON PURPOSE told him I had an apt & his response, "ok we are busy" sir I have to be some where I even came early "well I'm busy, she told you right" WTF no emotions, he could care less & wasn't trying to hide it. It was the worst thing I have ever seen... Here is a human being standing in front of you & your taking your time filling prescriptions for people who are NOT HERE YET & I have an Appt & it's 30min past my appt time & I am THE ONLY CAR LEFT & it ONLY TAKES 2mins TWO MINS to get me in & out ? & you choose to fill the prescriptions when I told you I had somewhere to be. RUDE AF! Period. That's evil, & you & the girl are in the business of helping people lol pick another profession this ain't it! Never again!

Made an appointment for my son to get his vaccine- did not receive any confirmation email. (Walgreens sent confirmation emails for both first and second dose along with a reminder email the day before the appointments) showed up to the app 15 minutes early, there is no signage directing you where to check in for the vaccine. After waiting in the wrong line we are told to wait in another line. Once we are greeted we are now told we are too early for our appointment and she cannot check us in. I mention that I over heard her telling the other patrons after check in that it was an additional 30 minute wait. I tell her that I know there is a wait so if she can just do the check in process. She refuses and tells me that we have to come back at our appointment time and that after she checks us in we then are required to wait the additional 30 minutes. I don't understand the reasoning for this. What is the purpose of making an appointment when you are unable to check in 10 minutes early? The gentleman that helped us afterwards allowed us to check in a few minutes early and was much more personable and professional.
