I purchased a new car recently and was my first experience with Honda of North Hollywood. I had been to other dealers and they rubbed me the wrong way and kept pushing things I didn’t want or need. Brodie Jorge Rodriguez and the team were so easy and was by far the easiest buying experience I’ve ever had in LA. Highly recommend to visit and have them handle anything Honda and buying/leasing.

I usually come here for my oil change and check up which is always convenient, affordable and straightforward (no shenanigans). When I need more serious work, I usually to try to go elsewhere. However, my car recently had some rattling noises after seeing another mechanic which made me regret going there for serious work to save money. I went to Honda to see what they did and spoke with Pedro who did an amazing job taking care of the whole situation. Pedro explained what the issue was then fixed it at a great price. I'll be coming back because of Pedro and for getting quality work at a good price.

They will severely overcharge you on repairs, and the service people on the phone will give you attitude. They also don't have any past records of previous repairs, so you can't hold them accountable for previous shortcomings of their repairs. Apparently this place has been bought and sold multiple times over the past few years, and they don't have records. So now I can't hold them accountable for failed repairs. The sales team will also harass you to sell them your car at an offensively low price. Calls, texts, emails, relentlessly, after sending a low-ball offer to trade my car at half of it's current value. This place is awful. Go to a mechanic shop, much cheaper and reliable. I thought going to a dealership would get me better service, but boy was I wrong.IN RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE: try doing better by calling, apologizing, and offering a refund. This half assed attempt to smooth things over on yelp is just pathetic. Doesn't help at all.

Excellent service, this dealer is smaller and more personal than the bigger So Cal dealers, and I like that. From the minute I walked in I felt like I had personal attention. My salesman Dave helped me and my wife find the right car for our needs and was able to get us a price out the door that made us very happy on our CR-V. Chris in finance was excellent too. Overall, out of the 5 cars I’ve ever bought this was the easiest and most stress free buying experience I’ve ever had. Thanks Honda of North Hollywood!

I purchased a brand new Honda Accord EX from Honda of North Hollywood. I was so amazed by there professionalism and great service. I was in a little over an hour. The deal they gave me was beyond fair. They have a ton of new and used cars to choose from. If you head in there, ask for Dave. He was great. Made us laugh, got us a coffee... LOL, but more importantly he explained the car and all the new functions. We got the car for our daughter. A first time driver and Honda has so many great safety features in the newly designed Accord. The interface is easy to use and the phone plugs right in for Apple car play. My wife and I are a little nervous about our teen driver, but this Accord purchase really left us feeling like we made the best possible move for our family. Unlike a lot of the other car companies, Honda offers the same safety features as standard in EVERY CAR.

Maria assisted me with trading in my 2016 Civic and getting a brand new 2024 Accord Hybrid Sport. Let me just say that Maria is outstanding!Her guest service is so genuine and it made the process a little lighter, and we actually had some fun along the way!Because of the imprint Maria left on us, we actually came back the next day to trade in my partners car for a brand new 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring!I got the car that I really wanted for a very fair price, I no longer fear the car dealership and we are both leaving very happy customers? Since I've been buying vehicles I have always gotten them through private sellers. This was my first time in a dealership, and I must say that I am hooked. I was treated like royalty. I felt like I mattered George helped throughout the entire process and offered snacks and drinks. Sergio helped with the financial stuff, and 3 hours later I was driving off the lot in my dream car! I am ecstatic about my purchase and highly recommend Hondaf North Hollywood!

My experience at the North Hollywood Honda was a really great experience, especially because of my salesman CHRISTOPHER MENDOZA. He went above and beyond for me and the vehicle I ended up choosing (Honda CRV 2024 Sport). Chris made sure to make me feel very comfortable with my purchase and was extremely patient with me. He made it worth it to move forward with my deal. Chris have me incredible service throughout the whole deal. Chris even still checks in with me and has helped me with questions I have even after the deal was signed. He's so helpful and just an overall sweet person who is genuine about the work he is doing at Honda. Chris you are incredible thank you!!

We purchased a brand new Honda Cr-v Sport Touring Hybrid from Honda North Hollywood on May 31, 2023. The Honda reps assured us it was a very reliable vehicle. That has turned into one of the biggest mistakes we have ever made. Just 3 months with a little over 600 miles our new Honda is in the shop for not just one but two warning lights. Those dashboard errors are included below.Tuesday Sept. 5 evening the AWD light came on, all wheel drive system problem. Only FRONT wheels may be powered. SEE YOUR DEALER. Then a second warning light came on Emissions system problem. Power may be reduced. SEE YOUR DEALER. We phoned the service department the next day 9:18 am on Wednesday Sept. 6 taking the first available appointment from Kami at 11am that day. Since then our new car has resided in the Honda service shop at North Hollywood. Last weekend we had a family event planned out of town to celebrate National Grandparents Day. We had to cancel because Honda service department hadn't repaired our new car. We explained all this to Andres (who was very nice and polite), our service rep. He offered to let us pick up our vehicle instead of repairing the problem but we declined since the errors had not been resolved and the warning had specifically said to SEE YOUR DEALER. He did send us a photo of one of the defective parts that was covered with rust. A new car kept covered in a garage to get that much rust makes us wonder if it was involved in a flood prior to our purchase.As of this morning It's still not fixed and we just received a text message yesterday from Andres that said ,"Hello. I checked with parts just now. Unfortunately no estimated delivery time yet." So we have no estimate of when of if they will fix the problems! (I have to add that Andres was very nice and polite). We have since discovered these errors are a known issue with Honda dating back at least 3 years as we discovered online links with new owners going through the same error messages we are.We are extremely disappointed that Honda apparently sold us a defective vehicle, that it is in the shop after just three months with low mileage and nothing is being done to get our vehicle repaired and back to us in a timely manner. It's also disappointing to discover this is an issue that has been ongoing for Honda. We have left messages with David the Service Manager of North Hollywood but have not heard back. We contacted American Honda and got this response:"Please note, due to a recent influx of inquiries, our response time will be delayed. Please do not submit multiple inquiries as this can lead to further delays in case handling. ". Apparently we're not alone.If anything is done to rectify the issue we will update

My 4th time going to Honda of North Hollywood service area across the street from the dealer. My first time visiting Honda North Hollywood service location was about 4 months ago...was the 2nd week of April 2023, and today was my 4 time going to the service area! I have a due bill and other things that need to be checked on my new purchase. When I arrived for my first appointment, Heike Guillen a service consultant approached me and was eager to help me. I explained my situation, and the things that I needed. She was attentive to listing to my needs and quick to come up with solutions. She was professional with great communications and customer service skills. She made sure I was happy with the suggested solutions and things that needed to be done to my vehicle. I left a happy camper haha and on my second visit here to the service department. Again, Heike Guillen was the one to help me with a great attitude and willingness to solve my issues. I feel like I have my own service consultant when I arrive to the Honda North Hollywood service department. Thank you Heike, keep up the great work! Returned the 3rd and 4th time for my due bill on extra add ons I purchased and again I was greeting by Heike Guillen, she truly is amazing and deserves recognition at her work place she goes above and beyond to make sure the costumer is satisfied hehe in this situation me. She truly is a great asset to the service area with her great attitude and willingness to help and put the costumer first. She is literally the only reason I enjoy coming to this service location. After the stuff I went through trying to purchase this vehicle she truly tuned my thought around about costumers service at places like this. Thanks a million!!! -super satisfied costumer.
