An older gentleman always has a problem with my husband every time he to purchase beer every time I go everything is fine I’ve been a customer for years today he said his boss told him not to sell to him I would like to speak to this boss about his rude employee it seems he has an issue with my partner with our an reason.

Shell corporate-LISTEN UP, this is the WORST franchise location, not only could they not link my rewards membership to the $50+ we bought in drinks and snacks, but they also couldn't give me a receipt, so that I could at least try and ad it later. F-
Don't give some cookie cutter answer here to this. Contact me, or give me contact info, otherwise I'll just take our business to other gas stations here in NoHo, thanks.

Today (09/07/23 at 7:10pm) I pulled into the pump just like everyone else, decided to clean my vehicle and look for money/CC etc. decided to put gas and got back into my vehicle and this “clerk guy” went to my window and asked if everything was okay because I been taking “way to much time in this pump” (as if I was being disrespectful or causing any disturbance to pedestrians or vehicle). I completely understand they are doing “their job” but they need to be more careful in how they say things specially how to address “their service” to their customers, He tone was very rude and derogatory, I felt feel extremely discriminated, I felt segregated. Yes I might have taken more than 5 minutes in doing my business/transactions BUT HE HAS NO RIGHT TO BE DISCRIMINATED ANYONE!. The worst part is that the whole facility was empty.

Came here once just to use the restroom the guy said no because I asked in a mean way, I told him no wasn't I only needed to use the restroom he said no. They need to let this guy go

Would leave 0 stars if i could. I needed help at 3 am and the clerk was in the store and ignored my knock completely. He was probably closed but to me thats inhumane…. 0 stars never coming back even if i have no gas left. I’d rather push my car. Smh….

The Indian guy is extremely racists and continued to turn away African Americans. I do not recommend this gas station and I will be calling regarding this issue.

I had just bought $84 of gas here and walked in to use the restroom. When I asked if they had a restroom I could use all three men standing behind the counter unanimously and aggressively said "No". Another female customer had walked in at the same time and we both stopped dead in our tracks shocked at the aggressive nature of their response and responded "wow, really?". I then stated "I am a paying customer. I just bought gas from you. If you have a bathroom can I use it?". One of the men responded with attitude "which pump?" acting as if I was lying. I pointed at my car still parked at the pump and he finally nodded his head toward the bathroom and said that I could use the bathroom. Very rude. Sorely lacking in customer service. I won't be supporting this business. Gas receipt as proof of story and date.
