Oh god this experience at this place has been so bad for so long. I know the manager "doesn't care" but I'm trying to get out of a domestic violence situation. She had me pay my bill but REFUSED to give me a SIM card for my new phone. My baby's dad destroyed my cell phone. After begging and BEGGING T Mobile to give me a new phone, they finally did, however, they REFUSED to give me a SIM card so the new "cell phone" is useless because they refuse to give me a new SIM card. The manager had her employee say, "well let's pay the bill 1st and we'll TRY to get a SIM card". So basically, the manager KNEW she was NOT going to give me a SIM card but wanted to see what last bit of money they could get out of me. Look, I know this manager doesn't have a conscious or anything, but I have a baby and I can't afford a babysitter so basically, I can't work anymore and this "manager" took my last bit of money KNOWING she wasn't going to give me a SIM card for my "cell phone" so my new cell phone is useless. I can't even work anymore, even if I get a babysitter because I don't have a working cell phone. If you jump 1 hoop/obstacle they will just invent a NEW obstacle. IF you can avoid T Mobile please do. They will make you pay the bill but REFUSE to help you even after your bill is all caught up.

I was hesitant to go in this store because of the 3 stars, but I took a risk .I went on my lunch hour to upgrade my kids phone and Aurman was quick and easy and he was super friendly. Thank you Aurman!!!

If you are planning to switch to or do anything with t-mobile go directly to the store on Lankersham in North Hollywood and ask for Jeff or Angelica. Now That's customer service!

Isabelle was so helpful. She was incredibly patient with me and I went back 5 times because I couldn't figure some things out!!!!Awesome place I would recommend!!!

I wouldn't recommend anybody coming to this store the employees are there just to kick back and talk to each other I asked one of them please do you mind calling customer service for me cause you could better explain the situation big woman told me straight up to dial 611 myself what are they there for then they're not gonna help the customers I don't understand why T-Mobile has 6 employees there just standing around doing nothing gaining all the weight in the world lazy employees in thereMost definitely getting hater vibes there To the women that work there aint nothing to it just hit the gym and go hiking

I went in today to upgrade my phone for the first time in almost 5 years and the ladies who work there were the best. They knew everything about the phones, the services and made it so easy for me to transition to 5G. If you need anything to do with cellphones, this is where to go. Thank you.

Their sales staff will lie to your face to make a sale. Don't go there, they are the worst store ever.Went in to replace my phone. Asked to double check if I had insurance on the device. They told me I did not and would need to purchase a new phone. They then said luckily there was a promotion going and they could get me that device on a deal.The new device they had offered me started malfunctioning and glitching out Almost 2 weeks after I purchased it. I looked at my plan again to see what my options might be. I saw that I had insurance on my last device and that the saleswoman had lied to me to make a sale.

Fabulous staff, especially Cindy and Patty - however my main complaint is that is can be a little sketchy of an area and you can feel a little unsafe while in the store. There was an unhoused man outside the store that was intimidating people to the point where the doors needed to be locked for people entering/exiting the store. I really, really hope the female employees don’t walk to their cars alone at the end of their shifts and that they have pepper spray on hand, especially after some recent scary occurrences in the area. Would seriously recommend they hire a security guard for customer safety and peace of mind.

Good, friendly customer service. Unfortunately I couldn't purchase a phone because their current deals are not matching my needs but I purchased an AirPods. The wait was not too long, about 10 minutes. Parking maybe an issue.
