I was hesitant to put this together, however, after seeing how many reviews there are in terrible management- what's one more...I was in store 11/11 and what I overheard from an aisle or two away was disgusting. As I proceeded I eventually saw that a manager by the name of Mario completely misusing his position to dictate an employee. It was uncomfortable but honestly, I've seen him do this before.

I used to love this target but everything is locked behind glass, all of the carts are wobbly and loud and now there's no self checkout. Plus the Starbucks employees are allowed to accept tips! Anyway it's impossible to run in and run out when I have to search for an employee to unlock cases for me for most house hold supplies. Like who has the time?

Alfonso was super helpful at checkout and level-headed when there was a problem with my payment that required him to get a manager for help. It wasn't until afterwards I found out it was his first day! Kinda disappointed that Target sent an employee out on the floor right away with no one visibly training them, but I would've never guessed because Alfonso helped keep an almost super stressful situation under control

I MISS TARGET SO MUCH! Allow me to explain. Target attempted to move into Canada around 10 years ago. Sadly, they did not try to do it gradually to see how they did. They bought every old Zeller's store they could get their hands on, then messed up the expansion badly. There was never any merchandise on the shelves (hope they fired the supply chain coordinator), and what we did have was priced at high Canadian prices, when people had hoped we'd see those great US Target prices. Nope. Approximately 2 1/2 years after opening, they left the Canadian market, probably never to return. SOOOOO... every time I get to the states, I hit up Target for cheap fashion, home goods, etc. I found a couple cute shirts here, and OMG with the home goods! This store has an expansive selection, and I was squeeeeeing all over myself. I found a pair of navy blue velvet pillows in the exact color I needed for my living room (that I haven't been able to find up north). Also, a couple fake plants, some candles, and oodles of cool decor. Plus some U.S. groceries that we can't get up north. There. I feel better. :)

I was pleasantly surprised that the lines were not long and that there were cashiers at the registers. Went in for a few items and associates in aisle offered assistance on where to locate. Large parking lot and the frontline spots are reserved for order pickups.

Whoever hired Ana at self check out; she obviously can't handle it. Only two people at self check out & I'm having to help strangers; after I started to help one person she was rude to me & the other girl over the help she couldn't provide. They definitely need new management or just throw the whole place away

I just left a different store to avoid transphobes, as I'm leaving the target but had already paid got misgender-harassed by the employee at the exit? I wouldn't have gotten anything, feels like you're forcing anti trans garbage into me and now trying to take away my choice to not financially contribute pay the people directly doing it. Really offensive to time your discrimination (like to 'get away' with it? ...I don't know you)Update --shouted THATS a girl as I drove away?, still completely unprovoked. I'm just not willing to be entertainer for anti trans employees, just a customer and I'm not some kind of exception to trans

Still my least favorite Target. Lost my phone in the store and there was one very nice associate at the customer service desk who called it for me. However, her coworkers started interrupting our convo and giving her a hard time to get back to work. Left me alone to find my phone. After about 15 minutes of frantically looking, I found it. Checked out with $268 worth of merchandise, no "thank you" or "have a nice day" just rude cashiers. I found a gift card in a cart as well and turned it in and the male associate just threw it in the trash, didn't even check a balance on it. I want to point out that the same associate was at the fitting rooms and did not instruct anyone that they could only take 5 items, she just waved them to go ahead into a room. Also the aggressive kid outside asking for donations went from asking for money for a basketball to a $1 to feed the hungry and then this time stated it's for a class trip lol.

Customer service is horrible... I went in today to get some stuff. And got Motrin for my son.. Their was 2-3 rows of them and it said $3.99 before I left the store I checked my receipt and it was $7.89 I went to customer service to return it and tell them the situation and Raquel the cashier could have careless. I took a picture of the Motrin in front of the wrong price tag to show them and she said I just need your card to refund your money. Beyond rude. Didn't even say a word. Won't be shopping here again.

Go early in the morning on a weekend and you won't have to deal with kids selling candy if that's what you're trying to avoid. Plus there is nobody there early in a Saturday and the store is clean.

Why are there kids outside trying to sell candy and ask for donations every single day?

This isn't my home Target and I think it's my first time ever shopping here but I was on the hunt for some very specific Pillsbury Reese's peanut butter cookies (I make all of my cookies from scratch and when I couldn't find them I thought I'd just bake the pb cookie portion myself but really wanted to make them exactly as I'd seen with this fun little recipe and store bought) and other goodies to recreate Halloween cookie treats. Ralph's and other grocery stores didn't carry these and I found out Target did. This was the only location anywhere near by to have the item in stock. I hightailed it over here Friday evening so I could ensure my dessert of choice was made after dinner :) So thankful they had what I needed and only about 15min from home. I'd definitely recommend checking stock inventory online if you're in the area as this was a perfectly fine location to shop at.

I love coming to this store. Jose the head security was so nice and attentive specially when I lost my wallet. He is so calmed and you could feel the sense of rapport and willingness to help and answered all my concerns. Again thank you Jose

It would be maybe 4 stars, but it's one until they get rid of the "kids" selling candy in front of the doors. They've gotten so pushy. Also I put kids in quotes because there's no way some of them are still in high school. Plus half the time they stink like weed. What school has them panhandling outside target 7 days a week? I call BS on that. You used to be able to say no and walk on by. Now they're way too pushy. Following you as you walk in "come on! Think about it." And "See you on the way out!" Is the last one I heard. Target needs to put an end to it. It has gotten ridiculous.

Ordered a mini fridge for curbside pick up. Was told by the app my order was ready and I got there at noon. When I got there they said the item wouldn't get to the store until around 5. I was obviously annoyed since I drive 40 miles. Didn't even get a call to not come. Unprofessional location.
