Went in to buy a micro SD card when it wasn’t busy. Pressed the help button twice, and stood there waiting for someone to help me get it for like 20 mins. No one ever came.

They moved their 12 drive up parking spots to the side and added 12 handicap spots in the front... i dont get it? They really dont want people using those spots.

I’ve always enjoyed going to this target because of the location that it’s in. It’s in a great plaza with about three nice stores. I’ve only been in this area for about two years and I always go into this location with my stroller because I do have a one year old son. Today there was only one register open, and there was a lady there who was rude to me before me, and when she got to me, I had already placed all of my items to be scanned. She then starts questioning me about the toy I had purchased at Ross. I had advised her that I had already let security know. I was bringing it in from another store, but she gave me a terrible look as though I was a liar. As I begin to put my groceries into my stroller basket, she then proceeds to tell me that she did not scan the sodas and if I also got those at a different store. I said no, I got them from here. I’m so sorry and I brought them right back up to be scanned. But I do recall her scanning all my items which is why I had placed them all back into my stroller basket. I asked her to please confirm if she had indeed already scanned the sodas, and she claimed that she could not. I had to pay first she said. So I told her I would pay and she can review my receipt. The receipt finally prints out as she has a line and everyone is staring at my stroller. I felt so uncomfortable as though I was a thief because that’s what she made me feel like. When she realized she had indeed scan the sodas, she gives me a dirty look throws the receipt at me and says “oh you’re good” no apology I felt terrible and embarrassed for absolutely no reason at all. I honestly don’t know if it was my stroller or my race. But like I said, I always come in here with a stroller and I’ve always had a great experience. This situation just totally bummed me out. I did not want to be rude and ask if she was a supervisor or just an employee. I hope I never get this person again. I actually consider not stepping into this location again.

Target has gone down the drain. This location is especially bad. Closed all the self checkouts and locked up everyday products like my Harry's face wash while expensive name brands were out in the open. I waited for 10 minutes for a Target employee to open the cage for me to simply buy my face wash. Then checkout took forever because they haven't staffed enough people to combat losing self checkout. I understand corporations are trying to safeguard against theft but making the shopping experience a hassle for everyday customers as a result is patently absurd. I will not be shopping at this location in the future.

This place started out so nice and convenient, and has become hell since.
1. Everything is locked up and there’s never employees readily available.
There’s no such thing as a quick trip anymore if I run out of laundry detergent or need a single item ASAP because
2. The self checkout is fully closed and there are never enough people on register. Not only is the register setup frankly asinine, there is no order to it. People will line up down the center aisle but not realize they can go to a front register because they’re two deep.
If you have one item, you’re stuck. If you have 20 items, you’re stuck. Good luck getting through checkout in under 15 minutes because it’s always crowded and backed up.
3. Stock seems randomly kept. I’m not talking grocery, which I tend to avoid unless I need something specific, but toiletries and skincare? Three days in a row I checked for an item, got no answer as to when it would be back, and gave up in store—I used the wifi to order the product on Amazon because I had no idea when it would be back.
