I have visited the Guild a couple of times! I have to say this apartment feels nice from the minute you walk in. I have been to other apartments around Los Angeles to visit friends. And they smelled like weed and smoke. This is one of the cleanest spaces to be. I have a friend who lives here and the team that does the matience is awesome. You get the best expectation and experience here that they make you feel like living at home. The team Bahar, Anthony, and Chonteae are very amazing at this complex mainting this place. They keep the residents happy by being professional and making sure everyone has a great experience living there. They are on their A game ensuring everything runs smoothly and being very helpful to the residents. Trully appreciate all the work they do to keep everyone happy who lives there.

Our daughter moved into the Guild about a month ago. Right from the point of first contact when we were looking at various apartment options in the NoHo area, the management at the Guild was very responsive and helpful, which was particularly nice since we were conducting our search from out of town. While we were at the Guild helping our daughter to move in, we found the Guild to be a wonderful place. The location is excellent, with the Amazon Fresh located next door being a big plus. We found the accommodations and facilities to be clean and welcoming and the building and surrounding area to feel safe and secure. Most of all, the management and maintenance staff were top-notch. We had our share of questions and issues when we moved in and the management and maintenance staff went the extra mile to get our questions answered and our issues resolved. A special shoutout to Bahar and Chontae from the management staff and Anthony from maintenance staff for literally and figuratively making us “feel at home” at the Guild. We would highly recommend the Guild NoHo.

Anthony is a great maintenance man. Jon gets done perfect every time. Bahar is fair to residents, which is important. Chontae is in the office and helps out always!

Chontae is so nice!! Bahar emails back quick which is convenient. Anthony is actually one of the better maintenance guys around. I recommend The Guild NoHo for anyone looking to move here.

The apartment complex is very clean! Anthony takes care of the maintenance orders faster than most nearby complexes. Bahar makes sure to aommodate the residents which is appreciated. Chontae brings a lot of positive energy and works in the office, good impression for the building.

My fiancé and I have been living at the Guild for 6 months now and we can both say that as our first place together, the Guild and its staff have been great. Within the past 6 months, we have come upon two problems in our apartment in which Bahar and the Guild team were so quick to respond and resolve the issue.
Also, Fina who is the buildings cleaning staff is such a delight to have around. If you see her around she is always so happy and singing. She always makes sure to greet you with a smile and is easy to talk with. Fina, is part of the reason why the apartment is always looking nice and smelling great.

I have been living at the Guild with my bf since 2019 & we have been pretty comfortable even with the construction & remodeling throughout the years. Bahar has always gone the extra mile. Finna our cleaning lady is the BEST, always so happy, polite, and even cleans my door mat, I don't own a dog but bc I'm located near the pool entrance my mat is covered in doggy hair and she always makes sure to leave it like new, We truly appreciate the gestures. Kindness goes a long way. The people make it a happy place to live. ?
