I came to this location almost 2 weeks ago to deposit a check, I called customer service to find out why my balance in my account is not updated, and half of the check is not cleared, I was told that the person(chator) who help me deposit my check. to make my story short he gave me false information and decided to put extra days to hold my own money.. I wanna complaint, US bank need to do something about this.

I went there mid day a couple of weeks ago. People were inside, but doors were locked. I just went up to the one at Nordhoff and Tampa and everything was fine.

This location is a disaster. It's Monday 2:55 PM and locations closes no one working there's only a drive-through and an alleyway with an ATM a complete disaster. I'm never coming to this branch again for anything.

Just had a terrible experience inside this branch. It's very clear that they don't care about their customers at all. I was upset about what was going on and the teller Chris M argued and argued and argued with me just trying to justify why he was correct when the situation did not even warrant that. I told him when your customer is upset and standing in front of you, your goal should not be to talk down to them and prove how right you are at all cost. Your priority should be de escalating the situation, and then finding a way to resolve it. Sometimes you just need to de-escalate the situation. In this case, we would likely agree to disagree but regardless, he didn't deescalating at all. He just continue to argue and argue and argue and argue and argue with me. Even when I walked away, he made a smart ass comment. I will never going to that branch again and if that's what I have to deal with by being a US Bank customer, I'll put all my money out and transfer to another banking institution. .. now that I think back, almost every time I've gone into that branch there's been some kind of an issue, they're not helpful they're not friendly. It's just a headache and stressful. This was a reminder that that's how they operate at this branch.

I am disappointed at this location. Tellers took their brake at the same time it seems - that's why the long line. And the tellers available are slow and needs some customer service class 101. They're not even smiling. One customer is even having an argument with the teller making a delay for every one of us. Only 1 ATM machine inside and it is not accepting deposits. Another delay. However, the teller who helped me is nice and resolved my PIN issue quickly. Parking entrance is tricky - it is along Victory Blvd - small street. They validate parking though. They have a drive thru ATM.

Let me start with what the heck is going on with this bank every time I go I wait 45 minutes minimum to do a simple transaction . Workers always blame the system but the system has no problem at all especially when they're doing my transaction it's just they're super super slow it is awful. As a former us bank employee I've never seen anything like this from my branch or any other branches nearby and we were the busiest branch in the district. People already go there prepared with chairs especially the older people because they know they're gna wait a while. I blame the management because this is effecting the reputation of US Bank. This branch needs serious changes asap.

I would highly recommend going to the Toluca lake location, staff is much more on top of it and super helpful. This location was a disappointment in every way possible. Would highly recommend for whoever is in charge of this location to have a proper meeting and look through all of the shortcomings of this location. Hoping for some improvements as this is the location closest to where I live.

The outside drive thru ATM is located on South side of building, under the kiosk, on the right side of the island. ATM in the right lane of the 2 lanes (a left \\u0026 a right). Left lane is the Exit from the bank on to Laurel Canyon Blvd, going North. Same thing when you exit ATM on to Laurel Canyon Blvd, North.

If I could give all US banks in general, no stars, I would they are horrible one of the worst banks in America and also their credit cards are a joke. They are nothing but a headache. How does this place stay in business complete chaos and disaster going on with this place stay away from any US Bank, and or credit cards you have been warned

Highly professional branch overall. one of the tellers, his name is Khachik, is literally the best teller i've conducted a transaction with. exemplary service. listened throughly to my request and was able to clearly articulate offerings that best met my need and as a result solved a problem i was losing sleep over. i'm currently banking elsewhere (have been with the same bank for 10+ years) but am now strongly considering switching.

This location is the worst they have no A/C inside the branch and they only have one drive through ATM machine which half the time isn't working or has some issue. I always have to drive miles away to another branch. I opened my account here because it's close and convenient to where I live but it turned out to be the opposite it is not convenient at all.

Usbank is the worst bank ever! They froze my account for no reason and it's been 3 weeks I have no access to my money. I'm a working teacher that lives off of my once a month paycheck that also has a mortgage and family to feed. This is inhumane to do during a pandemic especially for NO LEGITIMATE REASON. No one knows why my account was closed or any information regarding the closure! I will never do business with US BANK again and would highly recommend you go to another bank!
