Unless you speak Armenian, be prepared to stand in line for at least 20 minutes per customer. 11 people in line to see a teller, anyone that walked speaking pig Latin got service from the branch manager instead of waiting in line. I understand that it is in Armenian dna to be rude and think rules dont apply to them, but the branch employees shouldn't encourage this behavior. Maybe next time ill go in wearing a dirty Adidas track suit and get better service. I look forward to seeing this branch being sued for blatant discrimination and being closed .Edit. Go through the reviews of this branch and look at the last name of any of the 5 star reviews. This verifies my review 200%

I wanted to write about , Chris Militonyan the banker , on 12/09/22 at north Hollywood bank , he was very professional had a great attitude, he had a special attitude very smart and kind , very patient, had great knowledge about everything, I give him a 30+ excellent service , please take of him and help him to grow at this bank .he deserves it greatly. He should be a branch manager. We were here with couple of people but I have never seen such employe such proffesional attitude. Please he should become a manager soon I hope to see him in this position very soon , I hope he stays here for a long time. Please forward this message to all supervisors!! Managers thank u I’m kristine iam proud of this employee the way he helped us .

It’s been 20 minutes in a line of about 10 people. Only 4 people have been helped. There are only 2 people working the desks. Ridiculous long wait time understaffed. I’ll be here for an hour by the time it’s my turn..

Highly professional branch overall. one of the tellers, his name is Khachik, is literally the best teller i’ve conducted a transaction with. exemplary service. listened throughly to my request and was able to clearly articulate offerings that best met my need and as a result solved a problem i was losing sleep over. i’m currently banking elsewhere (have been with the same bank for 10+ years) but am now strongly considering switching.

Clerks very helpful and friendly, but ATM seem to never work , very frustrating, when trying to make a deposit before work and having to wait for a time when bank is open for ATM to be operational, haven't been able to make a ATM deposit at this branch yet to this day due to ATM issues

Honestly this place takes a long time per customer. Really slow customer service. Always wait time is really long compared to other branches that I've been to. Panorama City branch is fast and really courteous not to mention Toluca Lake branch, plus there great customer service is awesome.

US Bank is normally very very good with customer service anything. This branch is the most difficult branch I’ve ever dealt with. They won’t even answer the phone.

Fix your atm machine. No cash deposits. Basically the most useful thing about banking with you, after being able to pull cash charge less at most 7/11 ATMs

This location is the worst they have no A/C inside the branch and they only have one drive through ATM machine which half the time isn't working or has some issue. I always have to drive miles away to another branch. I opened my account here because it's close and convenient to where I live but it turned out to be the opposite it is not convenient at all.

I went in wanting to get a checking account with them, I wanted to go somewhere personal as I would be telling her my SSN and other sensitive details, lady who I made appointment with said no we have to do it at the teller with people everywhere, they don’t care about how you feel

They don’t do anything here; security card: I been told apply online. Ok, I need to send money to a person with a bank account in your bank… do it with Zelle…(??????!!) I insisted in do it at the window and the girl repeated I have to do it through Zelle.Why I’ll drive all the way here, to do everything online??? F* this bank, look already all the negative reviews
