The Indian women totally ignored me while I was waiting there for several minutes,she instead engaged in a conversation with her previous costumer,the other female clerk # 24 was busy carrying boxes to the back of the store,she noticed that I was there unnecessary waiting for service,so she called me and she was very attentive.I live just minutes away from the store,going there for over twenty years or so,and I noticed from the beginning that particular clerk have a chip on her shoulder,I read the reviews and I am not surprised about the comments against her,but she still there. There are cameras that can be rewind and play by someone and see that I am not lying or having anything personal against her,simple ,she should apologize to a lot of people,thanks.(I should it had taken a video,but I will next time),you see,it doesn’t matter how much the public complained,management wouldn’t do anything to change her actitud…unfortunately 😵💫🤢😵💫

Absolutely horrendous service here. Would not recommend to anyone.
Brenda is rude, disrespectful and racist. I tried to open a P.O. box here, she refused to follow the procedure I was informed of online, and made it seem like it was my fault the instructions were not clear. I went back the next day and she is gossiping and lying to her coworker about how I do not have the proper paperwork when indeed I did.
Harakesh is no better. She left in the middle of my transaction while I was redundantly filling out a form I completed and submitted online to take her lunch break, came back with a half eaten chicken tender in her hand, put it down on her desk and proceeded to touch my documents and my phone with crumbs and grease on her hands.
PLEASE just go somewhere else.

online it says they’re open till 4pm but that’s a huge lie. They’re only open till 3pm. I’ve asked them numerous times. Can they please change the times to reflect their actual hours online and they just look at me like I’m an alien.

So many people from the post office getting fired and that despot, rude nasty indian lady is still there. She's the rudest meanest woman I've met. She screams at people and is so rude and harsh, while the other young black lady laughs instead of telling her to be nice. She even slammed the door in my shoulder,I don't know how she hasn't gotten fired in the last 17 years I've seen her.
