It's in a somewhat sketchy area and was hard to find at first. So parking was weird to figure out.
But the worker there was nice and helpful and there was only 1 person ahead of me.

If I could give this place a zero I absolutely would. I went March 24-2025 and queenie which is An Asian lady gave me an absolutely horrible attitude. She’s extremely rude and a had a very disgusting way of talking. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE. Go somewhere else because you’re going to be treated horribly. 0/5 stars.

Terrible service. I encountered an employee named Queene, who seemed completely unwilling to work. She read the letter I brought and told me that I needed to wait for another letter to change my address. However, the letter actually stated that I should resubmit my request without waiting for any additional correspondence.

I went in to mail a package and the last time I was there they had tape to help seal your package, I went up to the counter and asked the Asian lady that was working if I can use the tape so I can seal my package and she said we have no tape, I told her you had some the other day, she had an attitude and said will I don’t, you can use the stapler, I asked if I can you the scotch tape that was on her counter and she said well that’s not gonna work. You can’t use that on your package. I just left after that. Every time I go she has some type of attitude, she never smiles. Every post office I’ve been to there’s always something to help seal your packages so I know she has tape. She was just being very rude about it.

I went Monday morning August 12 and the Asian lady in the front desk is rude to say the least. She has a bad attitude tosses the supplies at you and gets offended when you give her back the same energy . I’m in customer service myself and I know that’s no way she’d like to be treated if she went somewhere . Shame on you .

Queeny is the best. This post office is great. Things move quickly, always happy to help. Parking is a bit difficult sometimes, but it's a huge lot and its free.

Strange location and strange hours but staff is helpful and lines aren't usually too long.

This post office is my favorite, never a line always in and out of there. Queenie is always helpful to me, she always goes out of her way to help me out.

Having a good experience depends on "the lady's mood." Be prepared to stay a while if there are 2 or 3 people in front of you or if the regular customers pick up their mail as she stops what she is doing to serve them.
