There are a lot of negative reviews about this Post Office but it seems that its mostly based on things that the workers here can't have any control over. From my experience the staff here have been very sweet and professional despite being severely understaffed. Theres usually only one person available for shipping and packaging which does cause long wait times, but thats not the fault of the workers. I understand wait times are long but to have this post office here has been a great convenience for me. I suggest many others that need quick service when there is a long line here to go to the one close to the Arts District. If you need to just pick up mail, there is usually another person available that can get it for you. Just remember to bring Photo ID.

They lost my mailbox keys and they can’t solve this problem for over a month, I have to come to them and find my letters. My debit card has been lost 2 times already! I can’t use my money because they don’t want to do their job!

Both manager and clerk 05 did not have name tags on to identify them but I’m still leaving a review because I was treated unfairly. I went into this USPS to mail two items and was told “next time come with the items packaged, we don’t have packaging for you.” When I inquired if usps was a packaging an shipping store, this same cashier (05)became rude and dismissive the manager approached the register and did not offer an apology, solution or reason and condoned his behavior. She agreed with her employee and told me to come with the items packaged. She was also rude and very dismissive. I was unable to mail my items and I’m not happy with the treatment I received.

Absolutely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful staff. Clerk 05 (Short man, light skinned, curly hair) & manager (short old lady, white hair with glasses) never returning.

It’s a horrible service! I didn’t get my mail weeks, couldn’t get my car sticker and car pink slip , it’s got lost, I called to DMV, they sent duplicate, but I got from my neighbor, because mailmen is irresponsible and dropped to a wrong address, even after my complaint to supervisor. They dropped my order with heavy duty sign over the gate, don’t ring the bell, today he dropped my two orders over the gate (soft packaged) and my dog ripped them off because mailmen didn’t ring the bell to get them on time. They work very short day, until 3, that’s why no any control over the mailman. I wish I can change my post office 😡

If i could give this 0 stars I would the manager was rude and the mail man is also rude.He made a invalid complaint and when I had one of my packages delivered he lied to one of his employees that he was covering for saying he retired. They both need to be unemployed.

This postal office is literally the worst office I've ever been to. Half the time their system is down so it's only drop off and pick up. Hours are horrible too. If I could give zero stars I would. Never coming here again, even though it's highly convenient for me.

I came to this department several times because they did not deliver my parcel to me. lost. Mark or Frank was there today and worked there, as he called himself. I asked to see the manager, but he refused. I also asked him questions, he couldn’t even look up the tracking number where my parcel was. He couldn't do anything. I also sent a request to the court. because 10 days have passed and no one wants to compensate me legally for the damage of the lost package. don't order anything here is my advice.

Super easy to drop off pre stamped packages. Parked right in front, dropped off the package inside, and hopped back into my car. One way street but it loops around back to the front. Be careful turning north when exiting, there’s cars coming from all different directions.

Worst service ever! I was left waiting for my infants mattress for 3 days! The driver never delivered the package, and when I called to get help I was placed in a 40 minute wait time. When the operator finally answered she said there was nothing she can do because the post office was now closed.
