I brought in my film camera to be developed and they lost my film when it was sent back by Fuji Film. They gave me a run around for 3 months saying it was processing but it had actually been sent back 3 weeks after I’d dropped it off. They took no responsibility or ownership over the loss and did nothing to even attempt to fix the situation. They’re completely incompetent. Do not develop any film here you care about because they’ll lose it along with any special memories you had with the film.

I went to this location for my Covid booster and flu shot and had the worst experience I’ve ever had getting either. As soon as I checked in both pharmacists seemed supremely annoyed that I was there, even though I had an appointment. They were both very rude and short with me, even though no one else was waiting so it’s not like they were swamped with people. Once the pharmacist finally gave me the shots she jammed them in my arm as fast as she could and didn’t even update my Covid vaccine card. When I took the bandaids off later it was the most blood I have ever seen from a shot, I was shocked. Also awful bruising. If you happen to read reviews before going in for a vaccine might I suggest any other location, and probably try a CVS.

Myself as well as others waited after the pharmacy opened late. I then was helped by Dina who already appeared to not be customer ready. I told her I was sent by the doctor and gave her my child's name. I was then cut off and was told they don't have anything for him. I was told the information was sent electronically but also had the prescription in writing as well and she told she wasn't taking it. I asked if I should wait around or come back. She rolled her eyes and walked away and shouted she doesn't know. And proceeded to tell me that i have an attitude and needed to wait. I went and asked for a store manager and was assisted by the shift lead who went to talk to Dina and was greeted with the same disrespect that I experienced. This is not customer service. Not only was the pharmacy opened late, but to then be greeted with disrespected as if the customers were the problem is not ok. And to see that she doesn't know respect her colleague is worst. It's unacceptable. This the second time I have to contact corporate due to the disrespectful nature of this store.

Attention! There is racist Afro American security guy working there! On 04/09/23 I was abused by security guy there who wear black and green uniform. He was standing in the middle of isle and taking to his girlfriend. I passed by between them, because there is no other space to go. He turd to me and said rudely: "excuse me! It is actually flagrantly to pass people like that!"I decided to stay away from conflict and act like I didn't herd this. Just continued to choose my lotion. When he finished talk to his girlfriend he passed by me rudely saying "excuse me!" Like I was on his way or something. I live across the road and would never come back to this place, I think driving to some CVS would be safer!

Never had a issue with this store and this being my local Walgreens, expect for an elderly man worker that wears a flat cap who’s name I didn’t get.. I wanted to return an item that I didn’t have the receipt for and that I would simply accept store credit from their store policy. This man, simply said to add my number that I don’t have with, never even tried to scan the item, denying my request, saying “They can sell this item anywhere” very unprofessional simply didn’t care and it shows in his attitude. Went to a different Walgreens and had no problem giving my store credit and assisting my situation.

I am absolutely disgusted by the customer service displayed here. On Valentines Day (60F weather outside) to do some last minute Valentine’s Day shopping. I walked in, NO ONE greeted me. As I shopped around, NO ONE assisted me. On my way out due the lack of assistance and supplies, I then received attention. A woman at the cashier register asked to see what was in my stroller. Being cooperative, I pulled the blanket up and lo and behold what do you see… my new born baby! This is not how you avoid theft in your workplace. Start by greeting customers and being attentive first. Being that this is a very diverse neighbor, a diversity, inclusion, and equity training and discussion needs to had because this is absolutely inappropriate.

Very unhelpful pharmacy staff. Called over the phone and was told my medication was ordered but I couldn't really understand what was being said due to an accent. Decided to just visit the store, presented my temporary ID from the DMV. They spoke amongst themselves about my temporary ID and barely took a second to hear me out or view the recently expired ID I also had to show my photo. They then told me the medication was on backorder but couldn't look me in the eye. I called again this morning and she again put me on hold, went to check and again started saying the medication was on backorder. At the very least they're incredibly disorganized, and at worst they're ignoring a patient and pushing them off without hearing them out and looking at the documents I'm providing. Assuming the worst of me because I am being prescribed a controlled substance and don't look like I work in an office. Either way, place needs to get it together.

Wow. Literally this place is post-apocalyptic. Avoid. You're better off taking your chances with drug dealers in the street than with employees here. How do the executives sleep at night? They need to burn this place to the ground. And the thing is it is, it used to be passable. Never wonderful, but fine. Good luck surviving if you come here. Fill out your will before you enter.

After 20+ years of getting my prescriptions here now they no longer fill 1 of them. They suggested I find a smaller pharmacy. BS!!!!!

The pharmacy has been "out of stock" of my medically necessary prescription TWICE now and it's put me through awful withdrawals not being able to get it. Simply awful.

The management here sucks! They are never available to open the products they keep locked up. The cashier calls them 5+ times and they never come to open these criminal looking cabinets. Same for their pharmacy, never anyone to assist customers.
