I was calling around for shoes that would stand up to Irish weather for my upcoming trip. This is the first time in over a decade that calling a business resulted in such good customer service that I decided they deserve the sale.
When I arrived, the same employee greeted me and went above & beyond to help me get exactly what I needed, in terms of both function and price.
Despite the company’s cringy billboards, I will now always recommend this location to anyone in need of formidable footwear.

I had a wonderful experience buying my work boots from the Work Boot Warehouse! I was immediately greeted at the door by Steve who went above and beyond to ensure that I left the shop very satisfied.
I work on my feet for most of the day and have wide feet so I am a bit finicky with the shoes I purchase (puncture resistant, steel toes, comfortable and wide feet). Steve was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the products the store carries and pointed me to the best options he had available to fit my needs.
I tried on several pair of boots but the pair that I found that best fit my needs was unavailable in my size. Steve checked his warehouse as well as all of the other stores to see if my size was available but could not locate the size I had needed. Due to my time constraint on needing my pair of boots as soon as possible, he suggested some in-soles in combination with the half size larger boot to see if this would work for me. I tried his suggestion and yes this definitely would work for me.
I require new pair of boots yearly and Steve informed me that if I find a pair of boots that I really like and they don't carry them, let him know ahead of time and he will have them ordered and waiting for me in my size. I don't believe I have ever received this level of personalized care and service from a work boot shop.
At the end of the day, I was completely satisfied with my purchase and was very happy about the level of attention and service I had received from Steve.

The shoes quality was nice and had good selection but the person who was selling me them probably gave me the best experience I had with anyone in a shoe store. He knew what he was talking about and just a nice person. Will definitely be back.

My second time coming here for a pair of boots and by far the best selection out there in the valley. They have a big variety to choose from and pricing is amazing and comparable. They were super helpful and gave good suggestion for the type of boots I needed.

This is the place to go for your next pair of work shoes. Full stop, just do it, period. The best shoe buying experience I've had in decades, maybe ever. It's a small shop, locally owned, and they know their sh#t. I was looking for a particular feel and style shoe, steel toe safety on the manufacturing floor that looks good in the office. I tried a pair that I liked from the selection on the shelf, it didn't quite fit right, and before I could take it off one of the guys walks up and hands me a shoe that wasn't even on the rack. It was exactly what I wanted and fit as well as a steel toed shoe can. The best part, I didn't have to ask, they simply listened to me telling my girlfriend what I was thinking and emerged from the stock room with the perfect shoe. The place is small and they're attentive to their customer. A pleasant experience, especially for the old timers who value customer service. I left with a smile and if you find the increasingly common stare from a suspicious security guard while you're forced to use the self-check as insulting as I do, then try Work Boot Warehouse. I'm sure Tony and the crew will send you off with a smile too! Top notch!

I just had a fantastic experience buying my work boots from the W.B. Warehouse Store in North Hollywood on Lankershim Blvd. Steve was the salesman that helped me and he was terrific; I'm an old guy and I got assistance from him that I haven't seen (in the shoe world) in decades. I also got some welcomed feedback from James. Had some fun interaction with Tony. Great crew of guys. I definitely will return to this store when I'm in need of my next pair of boots. I also will not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a good pair of boots.

I just want to give a huge thanks to James for helping me out buy my first pair of steel toe work boots. Super knowledgeable about all the different types styles and brands of boots and real patient as well. Definitely will be returning for a pair of soft toe boots for personal use.

I walked in needing new work boots and I walked out in the most comfortable pair! There was a decent selection in women's sizes, enough to make it hard to choose, but Tony helped me pick the perfect pair for a really good price. Thanks, Tony!
