I would give 0 stars if possible. No reputable business has the trash costumer service this business has. Call, call,call 800 times. Never speak to a real human. All I wanted to do was change my order and spend more cash and nothing but a leave a message. Trash.

After numerous emails exchanged with customer service and their Technical Support line, we concluded that the issue lies with my ceiling, prompting a request to exchange the product for a stage pole. However, despite the company's stated policy allowing returns within 14 days, I was informed that because the item was removed from its plastic wrap, a return was not possible. This leaves me wondering: how can I effectively troubleshoot with the tech team and ensure the pole fits my space if I'm expected to keep it in its wrapping? It's a frustrating catch-22 situation. My advice? Save your money; don't buy directly from them. Consider purchasing second-hand to avoid the waste of money and time that I experienced.

I have decided to take a new spin on my life and bought an Xpole Stage. Hehe. To be honest, I've only take 1 beginners pole class in my entire life HA. My new goals for next year and the many more years to come is to primarily regain my flexibility as I used to be physically active in high school when i was in cheerleading, dance, and consistently going to an open gym in my area to tumble. To start off, months ago, I learned about Xpole from a local Instagram influencer who I personally messaged and asked her a few questions about the pole and the quality. I thought to myself that I'm going to invest in and starting learning new things, like pole! Black Friday weekend was my chance and generally the poles that come with stages are not cheap. There is a flat rate shipping fee that Xpole is partnered with through USPS & FedEx. I also did an estimate online for the weight description of the stages and I believe that their partnership with these two shipping companies are better quotes than to have a family member pick it up at the store and then ship it to my location which is in Hawai'i. First, there was some issues along the way as I would first and most importantly (if you are committed to purchasing anything from Xpole) that you create an account with them. This will be helpful so that you can track your packages! However, thanks to Carolina Stone, Heydi Hernandez, and Roxanne Harvey, all of these women have made their communications with me through emails, phone calls, and even voicemails so that I can track my invoices and packages. The stage itself (i got the NST04) is 229 lbs. all together with the pole, they arrived within 15 days since my purchase in 4 separate packages. The packages might've been slightly tossed around (i don't blame anyone, they're freaking heavy packages) but when i started to unpack the items, all items were neat and secured. Each package included a bag so that you can carry the items all together. The bag for the base of the stage include wheels which you can install later on. It's also better to YouTube the installations as the manuals might be a little confusing but the YouTube video installation works especially if you're a visual person. The B-frame was too long for my ceilings. I know, my fault on not double checking the height from the floor to the ceiling. Anyways, i contacted all 3 ladies and the same day they left me a VM and recommended me to get a 1000 mm shorter extension. It came within 3 days, a day before 12/25! It fit perfectly & especially when assembling the B-frame into the A-frame. I was super stoked and I'm looking forward to learning more skills and tricks!

Great customer service. Roxanne and Heydi were amazing helping me with my pole issue and had positive and patient communication. Couldn't recommend any brand or people better.

Excellent customer service. I misread the email and didn’t realize I didn’t need an appointment to pick my pole up. When I arrived a gentleman greeted me and helped me get my pole since I was already there. Can’t wait to set up today!

I've been working with X-Pole for a few years now, on some larger projects I've done as well as just smaller things. I'm a huge fan of the product itself as well as the customer service and attention to detail; I recently had to resize a pole to fit into a smaller space and Roxanne Harvey was an immense help in getting me settled with everything I needed!

I came to X-Pole customer service with a sad issue. I've loved pole ever since I started in 2013. I moved into my fiancées house with my son this summer '23 and upon the move lost mandatory parts of my pole (my other baby!). When I looked online for the extension it was entirely sold out (I have an old model). It wasn't even available in different colors. Dance is my outlet, specifically pole. My family has been through some massive struggles recently and not having my pole as an outlet and not being able to afford going to a studio created an empty hole in me and some depression. I reached out to customer service to ask if maybe there was back stock that wasn't shown on the online inventory. Roxanne immediately got back with me and asked me to send her pictures and measurements of everything I had including screws and the ceiling height. She was never more than 24 in responses and always thorough. Within a couple days of an email exchange she found every part I needed and included extra screws and parts that seemingly were missed on my invoice. She was so kind and quick. I have the utmost gratitude for her and the X-Pole team and cannot wait to begin training again! Side note - I've had friends who purchased from other pole vendors (against my recommendation) and have seen them only have problems with their pole. X-Poles never have issues that I hear of. They are always sturdy and come with clear and concise instructions (for example how not to break your ceiling). They are easy to put up and tear down and prove the test of time (I should know - I bought mine in 2015, 8 years ago!). Thank you again X-Pole Team!

I was contemplating on this purchase for awhile due to the price but I am pleased with my new X-Pole lite! Besides the plates being heavy it's super easy to assemble. Plus, the staff at the Los Angeles location were very helpful.

I'm a pro aerialist and can be really critical on these topics... Xpole really has impressed me though in a positive way! Amazing products for pole and pole Lyra, AKA "lollipop". I think this is the best manufacturer of mobile spinning and static pole. * The website is not the easiest to use and getting a reply takes a while but it's worth it. The quality is amazing!

The quality of the products at X Pole is always good, and the X Stages are sturdy and reliable! But when I did have an issue, the customer service was also very good and very helpful!! Roxanne H. in particular was VERY helpful! She was super polite on the phone, and was willing to help me find a few different solutions to my issue (a hex screw that wouldn't budge!). She also sent me a follow up email right away with all of the info typed out, and I thought that was just so kind and amazing!! HUGE THANK YOU TO ROXANNE!!! :)
