Idk why this company is even running it should be shut down. They are such a horrible transportation services!! DO NOT GET THEM!! They either cancel your trips without even letting you know!! Or they're always late! If your parents or someone you know is diabetic do not get this transportation services!!!! They will be waiting 3+ hours for pick up has happened for my dad! And have had to take him to the ER cause is sugars gone low after dialysis I swear I HATE this company!!! They need to get shut down! They don't care about the patients!!!!!

The worst ever. Rude representatives. Poor service. Non reliable. Don't bother if you need timely transportation to any medical appointments.

This is the transportation service my insurance uses and they are habitually problematic. They've made me miss several appointments this year.

I've had to cancel or reschedule 5 of my last appointments out 5. I call to confirm I have a ride scheduled they say yes. With Jennifer, ok. I'm sitting outside waiting for my ride ½ hour late, I call them back, after being on hold another 20 minutes, they come back on the line, saying the company does not have listed on route for that day. Again I have to reschedule my appointment. I've looked into another insurance and confirmed they do not use American Logistics. Too bad I like my insurance, they just can't seem to get me to my doctors appointments. That's not fair to the doctors and they are about to charge me for being a no show. These people are are joke. Also they need to provide their employs with a better system. Every time I call, they have issues with their computers. Today I called, guy said he had to reboot his computer, put me on hold. After 25 minutes I figured he forgot me. Hung up, and called back. Not positive but I think I got the same guy, or who knows where I called, they had the same accent.

This place is a nuisance on the neighborhood they are located in. Total disrespect to the community, loud idling/backing up trucks at 5-6am, running stop signs and litter on the street on a daily basis. Would never hire them based on their conduct alone.

They don't show up at or are late or take you 3 hours to pick you up. I've had to cancel/reschedule 5 doctor appointments. I'd give them zero stars if I could. I'm going to change my insurance they have a different transportation company. It's rediculas.

Great company, they made a last minute highly stressful cross country move as smooth and easy as humanly possible. Their price wasn't the lowest I had been offered or the highest, but I was impressed with how much information they gave me up front, and the different options they presented, so i took a chance and i'm glad i did. Would definitely use again!
