“I've lived here for years and totally love it so I like to update my review regularly! And now I have moved out. But only because I've relocated to another state. If I still lived in Cali I would still live at Terrena!!I have lived many places in my life and in all sincerity... Terrena is one of the very best!Let's start with the people that are running the place... Truly fantastic customer service. These are genuinely caring people who are highly professional, responsive AND efficient.And I am speaking about everyone involved. Management is on it and cares deeply. Terrena always brings in highly experienced, caring managers. Geeta is the current manager and Katie the assistant manager is excellent; professional efficient and friendly! The leasing specialists (Laura and Lisa) are superbly helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Awesome! If I ever have a question or concern they are available and ready with solutions. The people keeping the place up are amazing (Juan, Josefina, Norma). I find everyone to be fastidious, friendly and extremely helpful 100% of the time.And then of course there is the fact that the place itself is beautiful. It's beautiful outside, it's beautiful inside. Any small issues that come up are handled quickly and well by the thorough and efficient maintenance team headed by the service manager, Eddie M., assistant manager Gerson and their team: Johnny and Eddie G. The best!The amenities are fun and plentiful. Please look them up on line because they are too many to list here! -but I'll name four:1. Courtyard (they have more than one.) with gorgeous landscaping, clean, comfortable furniture and large BBQS!2. Other comfortable shared spaces to hang out in or Terrena will host various activities at various times!3. A gym that is a decorator's dream with great machines and equipment. (A new stairmaster!).4. Last BUT NOT LEAST there are two pool areas. The one near the gym has been redecorated and its gorgeous! (The other one is gorgeous too!).Without hesitation I would recommend Terrena to anyone who wishes to live in the LA area.”

“I loved living there. The staff were always nice to me and tried to accommodate my needs as fast as they can. Only issue I have is with neighbors. There’s a lot of college students that parties at night and it can be loud.”
