It been awhile since I walked inside this Apple store at Northridge mall. I don't prefer Apple product but have a MacBook for my work. The last time I came here was years ago when my dad drop his phone and cracked the screen so I got it replaced here.
Apple products are on the higher end but if you take care of it then they last. The staff here are wonderful and looking to help you out the best way they can. They aren't pushy on sales when I was here and if you need more technical support then making reservations appointments is recommended.

Harry, Faries, and Stona were absolutely amazing! They were so patient with us from start to finish while we chose the right phones, explained every feature, and helped transfer all our data perfectly. Nothing felt rushed, they answered all our questions with a smile, and made the whole experience stress-free and actually fun. Best Apple Store visit we’ve ever had — huge thank you to Harry, Faries, and Stona for going above and beyond! Highly recommend this store because of team members like them.

Worse store ever ! If I can give Zero star I would.
Just ordered stuff online and came to pick up and I had to wait and talked to staffs at least 3 people before I got help. The easy task like this should not take that long because what they need to do is just to scan the barcode and check my ID and give the stuff to me. I had been told AJ would help me but I did not get help.No one had approached me until I complained. After waiting for at least nearly 10 minutes and complaining to one staff , the service happened and the store was not that busy. Shame on you Apple Store Northridge, you guys can do better. This incident happened today at 12.15 pm ( Nov 6, 2025) and what I picked up was the Twelve South Curve Flex Laptop Stand.

Today I had a horrible experience in this store. I bought two iPhone 17s for pick-up with a set date and time. When I arrived, I waited in line, and when it was my turn, they told me my order was still “in process” and not ready. After that, a red-haired guy attending the line just kept making me wait without helping me at all. Zero solutions. He kept saying, “I’ll be right back, let me help the others first,” and he did that three times until he finished helping the entire line, even though I was first. He didn’t help me with anything, and I was left not knowing what to do.
In the end, I approached another person myself—his name is NICK—he was so kind and helped me by giving me the iPhones I had been trying to pick up. They should not put people like that red-haired guy in customer service. He’s useless at helping, and I just left the store very upset and stressed. I only went to pick something up. It was very simple. It shouldn’t have been like this.
This store is not prepared to help the public until they have trained people for that. Like Nick, for example, who was very kind, as well as another young man. Nobody else helped me.

Great Customer Service at the Apple Store!
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with excellent service. Charles immediately made eye contact, welcomed me, and asked how he could help. After explaining the issue with my AirPods, he quickly got me checked in for further assistance.
I only waited about a minute or two before Nick called my name. He came over, listened carefully to my concerns, and began working on a solution. While he was helping me, Kiki also stepped in, letting me know she’d be right back with what I needed. True to her word, she returned promptly and took care of everything.
All three employees Charles, Nick, and Kiki were incredibly kind, attentive, and eager to help. Their teamwork and positive attitudes made the experience smooth and stress free. I’ll definitely return to this location for any future needs!
