The representative in the AT&T store, Mr Von was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and answered all our questions. He helped me get a good deal, and set up the phone. I couldn’t have done it without all his help. Thank you AT&T and Mr Von… ;)

To God's ears Von associate teller inside was patient, kind and earned my trust as I'm a victim of violence and DV he reassured me in actively listening and not judging me neither and helping me with the difficulties I experience from my cellular device and spent the time to assist me in the better options to protect myself from further. He absolutely deserves 10 stars for the genuine knowledge he provided me and I honestly felt you hired a winner with him for his ability to provide customer service past the average client looking for new service but helping one that's probably like others not tech savvy in this era. So thank you ATNT for giving me the trust to walk in and know VON is only there to help and did. I will absolutely be choosing to come back for that reason he provided exceptional service and wish to reward him in any way I possibly could.

For anything that you might need to go into this store for. Always ask for Edwin. He helped us out so much he was very informative and patient, and just so friendly and trustworthy. I could not recommend his help more. I had such a frustrating thing happened to my phone. I was not hopeful about the situation at all but thanks to Edwin everything was so easy to do. I got a new phone upgraded a line and it was so easy and I felt like he cared the whole time in regards to my situation. So please anytime you need to go to this AT&T store ask for Edwin.

Saturday May 3rd approx.10 am I visited this store that was almost empty, and two employees were standing at the entrance speaking with a man complaining about his phone. An employee with long hair with a ponytail asked me what I needed. Told him the apps on my phone has disappeared and he took my phone and handed it back with only one app and told him I needed the rest of my apps (10) to show, he told me each app needs to be put on singly. I am a 76 year old Vietnam disable veteran with hearing loss etc. In my prior visits they sat with me at a table and explained to me how to deal with these problems. This person was disrespectful and rude. Have to find another ATT store to visit as one rotten apple wrecks the whole thing.

Refugio was a great representative. He explained plans and the process of upgrading my phone. He walked through the transfer process.everything was very efficient.

Diana was amazing! I was having so much difficulty with my phone and she was able to break down different solutions and steps to help me out with transferring my information and even found me many discounts with my bill! I’d recommend asking for Diana if you ever come to the att Northridge location
