I can't say enough good things about Babi Threading at the Northridge Fashion Center! It's my favorite spot for both eyebrows and a facial. The location is super convenient at reasonable price, right near Forever 21. The staffs are so talented and gentle—they always do an amazing job shaping my brows, and their facials leave my skin looking and feeling fantastic. Definitely my go-to place! Hurray I knew that they recently opened new SALON at Westfield Culvercity Mall. Thank you, see you soon again.

I have been coming here for more than 4 years. The staff are always so kind but the last 2 times I’ve visited the place, I have gotten a bad allergic reaction after threading my eyebrows. This has happened twice in this year. I would wake up with hives around my eyebrows, under them, and on my forehead, the next day. My face was so red, bumpy, itchy, and swollen. It took exactly a week for the hives to go away. I believe they changed the thread and whatever type it is, I’m allergic to it. I don’t even use the aloe vera gel that they apply after so I know it can’t be the gel. Overall, this was my favorite place to get my eyebrows done but sadly I will no longer go back.

My review for Prabha is overdue. On two separate occasions, her threading left me with painful cuts and deep scars. She tends to be heavy-handed and continues to work on the same area even after all the hair has been removed. There was a significant language barrier, so despite my specific request for her to be gentler and avoid going over the same area repeatedly, she didn't seem to understand. The pricing is excellent, and I've always had positive experiences with the other staff members. Please note that I only visit for upper lip and chin services.

worse service completely destroyed my beautiful eye brows, i asked for thick and the lady did the complete opposite, didnt apologize but yet stand there demanding a tip while i was in tears on how disgusting she left my eye brows!!! never coming back, save yoor eyebrows and go else where!!

Theyre super quick always. Theyre not super expensive. There is nothing about them that makes them super special I always go simply because I know I'll be taken care of.

Got my eyebrows threaded and tinted the threaded was okay but the tent didn't stay and came right off.
