Wow. Yelp reviews are terrible for this branch. I had in mind becoming a new bofa customer. Visited branch to open acct. See two employees meandering in the lobby. Thought service would be quick. Turns out cannot assist for 45 minutes. For the two employees idle in the lobby, One employee is assigned for day as lobby greeter, cannot help open an acct. Other employee is mgr who i guess does not open accts. Very disappointing customer service orientation. Both kept inviting me to wait in waiting area until the one person assigned the day to open accts is free. This is why all these nicely dressed young branch employees will eventually be replaced by kiosks.

've been a BoA customer since 1980. It's gotten ridiculous already with bank hours. Almost all branches in Los Angeles are open only 10-4 M-F. Not even late on Friday! No Saturday! I had to drive 15 minutes to find one open on Saturday. And when I did, only two tellers and a line to the door. And no, there are some transactions I can't do at the ATM. As much as it will be a horrible pain, it may be time to finally go to another bank.

Avoid this location: poor management and incompetent employees. It's very surprising that this location has two stars because it is the worse BofA location we've ever experienced.

Right now it's 12:55pm They have the doors locked and not letting nobody get inside. All I wanted to use an ATM. They made everyone stand outside in line . Whoever is the manager or in charge needs to get fired asap !!!! It doesn't matters if they have lunch breaks or understaffed. They should have Aleast one person there

Why does every Bof A to ever exist only have ONE teller at a time? It's ridiculous and so annoying I'm about to change banks. I had to wait in line for 45 mins to get laundry change because they only have one person working at a time. You can't go during the week, you can't go on the weekend. The service is fucking awful all the time. 10-15 people in a line at all time in every location. Fuck this company

THE WORSE! It's the beginning of the month and you think banks has their priorities straight. The ignorance this bank has is ridiculous. One teller with 15 people in line. People in line requesting for another teller or at least to speak to the manager and BofA workers all throw their hands up as if they don't care. Security guard telling people that are walking in that it'll be an hour wait. When the manager finally walked out, she didn't address the situation to the people in line. No! She ignored everyone, walked out to the parking lot and walked right in as if we're invisible. BofA customers save your time and anxiety, go somewhere else!

There is a big homeless encampment in the back of the banks parking lot. Its very unsafe to use the ATMs, specifically at nights. On top of this most of their employees are kinda rude and slooooow

I had $14,580 stolen from my B of A account, out of the ATM at the Northridge location. I filed a claim with B of A, & it has now been rejected 5 times!!! I was in Maui from Oct 7th. 2021 until Jan. 24th 2022. Between Oct. 7th & Oct. 21st, someone withdrew $14,580 out of this branches ATM, despite the fact that I was 2,500 miles away, in Maui...and so was my debit card. I provided the bank with my boarding pass, credit union statement from the time-frame this fraud took place, and all sorts of other info to prove I was 2,500 miles away while this occurred....and it's still being denied?!?!?! Clearly someone had a skimmer on their ATM machine & stole all my info, made a copy of my debit card, and withdrew all my $. I wouldn't be surprised if a bank employee was in on this scheme either, considering how absolutely useless the employees have been in helping me. They're very clearly hiding something & don't want to get caught. Not 1 fraud alert. Not 1 notification. Nothing???? Now the bank has repeatedly denied my claim, so my only option is to absolutely obliterate B of A via every avenue possible (social media, news outlets, etc.). I have also contacted a lawyer, so I will be coming for B of A in court, for far more than the $14,580 that has been stolen from me. Bank of America are a bunch of criminals & frauds, and if you choose to bank with them, be prepared to regret your decision. You'd be better off going to any other bank that isn't a B of A. This wouldn't happen at any other bank except a B of A, because B of A is basically a criminal organization that is getting away with fraud, amongst a slew of other things. Their claim department is living in the 90's. They only receive your info via fax or if you mail them q letter...no emails, no phone calls, NOTHING! HOW IS THA POSSIBLE?!?!? I've spoken with the claim department call center who literally tells me "That's the way we do it. We don't even speak with the people who work on the claims." -- What this tells me is that B of A absolutely does not care about it's customers, nor making things right should something happen to you like it did me. They are q despicable group of cowards who need to be taught a very very valuable lesson, and I plan on doing that, in court. Bank of America, you should be absolutely disgusted and ashamed with yourselves! You have no integrity or honor & every location deserves to be shut down immediately!!! I will bo posting a similar review on every single B of A location across the United States to make sure everyone knows not to do business with B of A. They have gone as far as trying to have my reviews removed, but I will not stop until they have to answer for what they've done.

I guess I was really lucky that day because the line at the bank was huge! I was blessed to meet Carlos Gonzalez. I was impressed by his professionalism, friendly and open attitude. He clarified the procedure of opening the account and helped me find the solution of my issue.

I deposit 900$ on my debit card and after 1 hour my account was close. I was on the line 3-4 hours with fraud department, atm department, risk department and etc. Nobody didn’t have answer why after decades of being a Bank of America customer my account was closed because of Bank of America’s atm mistake. If I would do something wrong or illigal - I would understand why, but I just did a deposit like I always do and with no reason and answer my account was closed - not freeze or on hold , but closed. So I’m no longer your customer and I will tell everybody how you treat your customers.

Friendly staff, terrible wait times. I'm not sure how long it takes to process something at a bank but I've been to other banks in and out with no issues. I've been in line for 20 minutes and I'm probably going to be here for another 20 there is only 2 people ahead of me. They want to have a whole conversation with you when all I'm here to is do business get my cash and go. I'm not a customer but I receive checks that need to be cashed here.

They treat their clients like animals. They have no respect or whatsoever to their clients. Bank MANAGER came out and started yelling at me because I was waiting on the grass and under tree to avoid the sunlight. It was really hot outside. When I asked her why she was yelling she did not respond. BUT she made sure to bully me when I entered the bank. She made me get up from the couch and refused to let me see a banker. She said she is the bank manager. I am a business client with substantial cash flow and balance in my business account. Normally, Bank of America treats their clients with respect. I am beyond disappointed by this branch. Every time I stop by at this branch it ruins my day. PLEASE go to a different branch. Whoever is reading this comment from Bank of America, please do some more vetting before hiring someone as a manager. I am considering closing my account and moving all my assets to Chase.
