There’s a reason why their customer service is so low. The staff appears friendly, but is ultimately unhelpful.I had fraudulent activity on my account and was told to call a number I had already called. I was on hold for 3 hours before they hung up.The staff at this branch simply told me to call the number and I was spoken to like a child. I had exhausted all other available options before reluctantly heading to this branch. They need to do better as a businessTry Chase instead

I went over there to take care of my banking needs. I deal with large amounts of money in my account. Patricia, the Senior Banker was helping me out. She asked for my social security number. She just looked at me expecting me to say it out loud so everyone could hear. This is a huge security risk as identity theft is something that should be taken seriously.I asked for a piece of paper and I would write it down. I wrote it down and handed it to her and then she tried to confirm my social security number while reading it out loud to everyone to hear!! I had to stop her immediately.This is just absurd and she is a Senior Banker. I expect more from her and from Bank of America. At no point should you be reading mine or anyone else's social security number out loud for everyone to hear. I was just appalled in the lack of security and training from this team.

suspicious activity on premises 11/19 at 20:12. 2 individuals pretending to use the ATM machines. Possibly cloning the machines.

The worst bank. They don't even deserve one star. Mistreat the customer with own their excuse or convenience. Thank got there are lot better banks in USA.

Hello! I called support and asked for help. after an hour and a half of conversations with three different specialists from different departments, they came to the conclusion that I need to write a paper letter somewhere in Arizona. they don't have an email. the situation is complicated by the fact that my English is not very good and the staff do not even try to delve into the problem. I'm stuck, what should I do? HELP

I needed information but there was no one available to answer my question. The teller, Marlette was very helpful and tried to find out how long before someone could help me. After being told that, she came back and said she would see if she could help. She asked Oscar the Bank Manager for permission and he said if we could wait for a couple of minutes he would help me. My husband and I did wait and he helped with my questions and took care of what I needed done. If all Bank of America branches had employees like this, they would be the biggest and best probably in the world.

I had to wait at least 30 min to make just one deposit.there were lots of bankers doing nothing, but only one window is open at the time. all customers complained, but they did not care about it. they keep saying to use ATM or mobile app, but I have business account, so have been there for cash deposit.business line has been closed more than year now.go to chase, it is right next at same mall.

Mostly I use the ATM but there are times that calls for a bank teller. Like today, I have to go inside because my withdrawal have a limit and I needed more. Upon entering, I saw a line. There were just two bank tellers. Customers are getting impatient already. So they added 1 more. And so the line went quickly. Limited parking but if you don't mind the walk - park across.

Terrible Customer Service. The first time I called they picked up, said nothing for a minute then hung up on me. Next time I asked a simple question and the her/she/they put me on hold... I am 9 minutes and counting

You might want to have one of those workers picking up your lunch order grab a few customers before going into the break room. There are always at least 5-10 people waiting in line with 1 teller available. There might be a business teller available but I've seen up to 15 people in line. Even when waiting for a banker they will inform you that the wait is over an hour or 2 for walk ins. Seems kind of ridiculous to me, but it doesn't seem to be any different at any other B of A branch. If you do have to come here, expect to wait at least half an hour on a good day. If its the first of the month or paycheck day scenario, expect to wait an hour. Do it all online if possible.
