I’m a customer for Bank of America more than 10 years but never had a bad experience how was at this location in Northridge branch. Very rude and nonprofessional staff.

An empty soulless dystopia with no tellers and two "employees" assigned to tell every unsuspecting customer that walks in to make an online appointment or wait 30-40 minutes for "teller services ". Bank of America and Merrill Lynch advertisements play over two big screens as their audio seeps into your brain, trying to get you to buy their products even though there's nobody there to help you do anything even remotely like that. I feel sorry for the people that work here; who would ever want to come to a place like this, every day, and see the bewildered and disappointed looks on all their customers' faces?

I should read the reviews before to went there.I left work rather to open an account to my son. there wasn't even much in the bank and he told me to make an appointment for tomorrow. I arrived an hour before closing

Worst experience ever! I am with this bank for 15 years. The fact that they treat you like s——t is common. But when you make an appointment. Waste entire day. And the manager tells you that person had an emergency and u don’t have an appointment is beyond even bofa standards.Time to find a new bank

Stay away from this branch!! Worst customer service I've experienced with them in the 20 years I've been an account holder. I go there on Saturday, and I can't make a deposit with a teller because there are no tellers available. They all called out sick. so I had to drive to a whole other branch and wait in line for an hour to make a deposit. I go there today Monday and they close at 4:00 but I'm in front of the door at 3:58. They already lock the door. And that stupid employee would not open the door. God knows she locked her drawer 30 minutes before closing. I'm so sick of their BS customer service. It's causing so much stress to be dealing with this type of service as a PLATINUM costumer.

If I could negative stars I would. Every time I go I'm told to use the ATM because there is no tellers. Opened and IRA and it was closed before I got to deposit my $80k into it. Apparently Alex the bank that set it up was promoted. He must have REALLY wanted to not have any pending files for him to lie and change the open date of the account so that he could close it. Makes me wonder what other shady things Alex and others do there. Needless to say, I will be closing all 5 accounts including my business account and IRA and going else where. This is by far the worst bank and worst branch ever. I've always known but didn't want to deal with tge hassle of switching everything. I will be now! BEWARE OF PUTTING YOUR MONEY THERE! If they can change the sate on my accounts who knows what else they can do!

Many times they don't have tellers for 10 -15 minutes or around lunch time no tellers for 45 minutes. They are telling us go to Porter Ranch if we want a teller.I am guessing they want us to do on line banking. I will NOT!!!!!

This has been such a great location and now apparently they will no longer have bank tellers working all the time. The reason given is that you can get cash from the ATM outside the bank. Sad and disappointing. More ways to eliminate more jobs for people.

ZERO STARS. Half of the time you go to this bank it is closed without any notice. The other half of the time you go to this bank it is closed because of shortened covid hours. A waste of time driving to this bank. The doors will just be locked.

Zero recommendations here. The manager Jason Nunez has absolutely no personal customer service skills. I received some information from my account about a check that was not valid and made documentation on that when it happened and they thanked me on the phone for being a loyal customer. I visited this branch when I faced an unexpected closure on my account and while Mr. Nunez was talking at me, he was talking to his computer screen. I was going through something and I asked him to look at my face while talking to me. He advised me that they cannot do anything for me at the branch and I need to wait on hold for corporate on the phone. Basically made me feel like I was in the wrong for something I couldn't control and in a dire time of funds being stripped from my use. If you don't mind, your savings and or checking account being closed on a whim without any consolidation from your bank, then by all means Jason's your man and Bank of America is your bank.

This is a nice branch. They close at 4pm and are not open on Saturday. This is typical of Bank of America locations everywhere. Alex who works with Merrill Edge is awesome. He is very professional and helpful. He helped me get set up with a brokerage account. He also helped me mom with her brokerage account. This location never has lines inside and has a great staff. This is one of the best branches I have been to.
