They literally will watch you wait in line and ask you 5 times what you're there for hoping you will just go to the ATM . There is one teller and no sense of urgency here.

Unhelpful and non responsive. Answers too simple questions met with a shrug, no eye contact and nonsense of urgency. Noone behind a single desk and 1 teller servicing. Won't be back to that branch.

Lazy employees! Came in at 3:45 pm and waited until 4:00 while the banker just sits in front of the computer knowing that we were waiting. At 4pm we were directed to go to another bank at Porter Ranch because they were closed and claimed the process of adding someone to my account will take a long time 30 mjns to an hour, when it literally takes only 15 mins at most. Just wanted to get out and not do overtime.

I urge your organization to take immediate action at the organizational level to prevent such situations from occurring again in the future.As long-standing customers for over 20 years, my husband and I have trusted Bank of America for our financial needs. However, during my recent visit to the branch located at 19240 Nordhoff St. Northridge, CA 91324, I encountered a distressing incident.Due to a malfunctioning ATM, I had to enter the bank premises and endure a 20-minute wait in a crowded line. As someone prone to mild claustrophobia and low blood pressure, I started feeling lightheaded and began to perspire profusely, fearing I might faint. Desperate for relief, I grabbed an advertising paper nearby to fan myself and get some fresh air.To my dismay, a Bank of America employee named Aura approached me and insisted that I shouldn't damage the promotional paper. She handed me a withdrawal slip that proved useless in my condition. Despite my plea, Aura prioritized the paper's preservation over my well-being and left without offering further assistance, leaving me overwhelmed and in tears.As a healthcare professional working in the intensive care unit, I am deeply troubled by this experience. I find it concerning that Bank of America would prioritize a mere advertising paper over the health and safety of its customers.I immediately lodged a formal complaint with Karla Rivas, the branch manager. However, I felt it necessary to document this review to draw attention to the issue and request prompt action. I hope your organization will take measures to prevent similar incidents and uphold the highest standards of customer service.I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter and an update on the actions taken to prevent such incidents from recurring. I urge Bank of America to prioritize customer care and restore my faith in your organization.I anticipate a timely response addressing the concerns I have raised.Yours sincerely,H. Lee

Since this branch is near me, I chose it to be my to go bank. I usually use their drive thru ATM for banking needs. What a convenience!! One time, I have to go in without an appointment and this Banking Specialist (sorry nice lady I forgot your name) took me in. She was helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I was done in no time.

Worst location ever. Extremely unorganized. It doesn't matter if there's 1 person in line or 10, you're going to be here forever. No sense of urgency with the supervising staff.

So bad. Severely understaffed. There was a line to the door but only one teller and no manager in sight. The people working there are competent and pleasant enough, but this behemoth corporation just doesn't care enough about their employees or customers to invest in more staff. Would be great if low Yelp reviews would help but they really need a mass exodus of customers to maybe be motivated to step up their game. I'm definitely considering my options and looking at other financial institutions.

BANK OF AMERICA PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS AND RECOGNIZE THAT THIS BRANCH MANAGEMENT IS AN EMBARRASSMENT. There is no logistics here. They don't work smart or hard. They are very slow paced and they don't care how long their customers wait in line. There is only ONE teller and the line is going out the door. What's wrong with you guys?!!!?!

Are the worst of the worst of the worst of the worst of the world. They have one teller available but they have a lot of bankers running around saying they don't know how to do a teller's job which is I'm sure where they all started. The bank staff is surely unhelpful and rude. After Line for over 30 minutes none of the bankers Bother to tell me that if I cash a check and that I'm not with Bank of America I have to pay $8 to cash a check Bank of America can stick it where the sun don't shine and start with your nordoff location

Shame on this Bank of America and Karla Rivas For enforcing bully tactics and treating customers like they do not matter. When she signed up my account with me she led me to believe that they would work for us and they would help us out and they would do everything they can to make the experience with the banking as good as possible. They have done nothing but hold my money tell us there's nothing they can do and refused to call customer service even help the customer. If I wasn't forced to bank with these people I would not. But I don't have another choice being a business owner and being limited on accessibility with what I canning cannot do. It's not so much that she is the problem but Her customer service and her ability to help scores a zero out of 100. On a positive note if you need anything in this branch Francisco is one of the only good humans in this branch. He actually cares if people are going through things and tries to help. Once again everyone should raise up on the banks treating their customers like they do not matter and holding funds when there is no reason for them to be held. Biggest reason for writing this review is when I told them how do I tell my guys who need to be paid that they cannot get their money because you guys want to hold the check, this Carla woman told me will tell them if we don't got money you don't got money. As an employer and a business owner this is unacceptable and whoever hired this woman should take it back to the Drawing board. Nobody should have to deal with a person like this

Manager here is racist I was the only African American in line and i had been standing there for 20 plus minutes and following all the protocols. Made my way to the front of the line whole time I'm using my phone and have two AirPods on and the lady in front of me stepped to the teller area so I moved to the spot she was standing in. The only teller opened is the very last one in the corner like 10 ft from me and I'm looking down at my phone and the manager stopped what she was doing with a customer to call me down and ask me to back up and give the lady 10 f****** feet away privacy. Like I wasn't looking down at my phone with AirPods on for the last 30 minutes or so. It was so rude she literally shouted at me across the store In front of a bunch of customers. So everyone else can stand at this spot in the front of the line but when I get to the front of the line I'm doing something wrong?
