I hadn't done any maintenance on my ebike since I bought it 2 years ago so you can imagine how bad it needed it. I thought I only needed a tune up but there were a lot of issues with my bicycle I didn't know about. These guys went above and beyond to get it all done in a timely manner. They're affordable as well. Best e-bike shop I've ever been to. No matter where you're coming from, it's worth the drive for the quality of work.

I wanted to have a new place to take my e-bikes but after a lengthy negative customer experience with both staff and the owner, this isn't going to be the place for me. They didn't put my request into their system, it cost me a month, I followed up with their contact us from their website, which received no response, and both staff were just generally not helpful. Maybe there's a better experience going into the store, but online and over the phone wasn't great.

I was looking for an Aventon Level 2 e-bike and saw that this shop was selling it. I went to the shop and talked with Tim, and though they sold the last Level 2 before I got there, he quickly got another ordered from Aventon for me and let me test ride a similar model they had in stock. They immediately assembled the e-bike when it came, and in less than 2 weeks after I ordered the bike from the shop, I picked it up. Tim also let me buy a helmet for free, gave me an overview of how the bike works, and gave me recommendations for insurance and locks (I ended up buying a Kryptonite lock from the shop).Despite me not knowing much about e-bikes, Tim was nothing but helpful these past 2 weeks, and he made the whole process very streamlined. I highly recommend buying an e-bike from this shop, especially for anyone new to e-bikes.

Thought I had a problem with my motor, took it here because it was close to my house. Spoke to Luis and he was great. I told him what my problem was and he took a look, turn out the chain was off in the front, could have easily took the bike and charged me, definitely an honest bike shop.

Shop is not opened on hours of operation. The phone answering box is always full.Very hard to get service. Shop is to be opened but it is closed.Wondering if they are out of business.

I purchased an ebike from BM about 5.5 years ago. The ebike market has grown considerably since then. The more I learn about ebikes, and the longer I own the one I have, the more I appreciate BM. They assembled an absolutely bomb proof bike for me that still feels very solid after five plus years and thousands of miles. I've only performed basic maintenance. The battery still holds about 85% (I haven't calculated precisely) of its charge and the 8fun motor still works perfectly. I feel very confident riding it at full speed, mostly through urban landscapes but also on hard packed trails. I am 6'2" and 265 lbs by the way and commonly lug 15 plus pounds of groceries and gear. The bike weighs in at just under 50 lbs with the battery which is incredible given it's size and solid build. I get so many compliments for how cool the bike looks.I also continue to appreciate how nice it was to work with them as a business. It was built to order but still managed to arrive on the other side of the country within about 14 days as I recall. I had questions and they always promptly answered them by phone and email. I absolutely love my bike and still get excited every time I ride it. They're the kind of business I think we all want to support. Profesional, friendly, knowledgeable and they make stellar products.

BME bikes are the best! I've enjoyed my bike for over 5 years with minimal issues. When one small part broke, the shop gladly shipped me a replacement part for free. These guys make quality bikes and they stand by their work. I can't wait to have them take on my next custom conversion project.
